During our PCS move to Fort Stewart, Georgia, we stopped and raced at two facilities in Kentucky. The first weekend was spent with the Terrell's going boating and then racing. First moto at Cumberland, Jacob won the first moto but finished second in the second moto. In the open class, he didn't fair to well since he wrecked pretty hard.
Then Grandma's and Grandpa's along with the rest of the family got to see Jake race at a track in Milton, KY. This had to be the tightest track that Jake ever raced on to date. It was a good experience, however, it did not show off his true ability.
So far in Georgia, we've been able to find one track fairly close, 60 miles. It is a sand based track and Jake is doing really well. He raced last weekend, 24 July and finished 1st. I think in the coming weeks though, we will find more competition to ride against.
Well, look for more racing action in the coming weeks! (click on any picture to see more pictures)
