BOH'S POETRY LOOKING FOR EDEN - MISSING DICE -
MISSING ELVEN
PASS
White and Fluffy cloud torn by mountain top. Water more water falling drop by drop. Flowing down the Elven pass rushing through the rock , Faster then faster this elemental spirit you will never stop. Smashing into rock the droplets fill the air In the mist of spray, a dance hangs there. Sylpths and Zephers joined in play, before the current sweeps them away. Down the stream to rivers door and then back to the Sea once more. Sun beams seep the sea Djin steals away the Sylph once more, hides them in the clouds to even the score.
DRAGONS
From the south he comes Breath is fire they say Banish dark to the north to lands far away for dragons magik is to make tree sprout leaf dragons fire gives , winter release Times a warmer fields of green all are signs that the dragon has been. Welcome dragon from the far shore welcome dragon out of lost lore.
THE MASK
The Clown , The Lover The Man in the Mask. Pondering life both present and past. Healing fractures becoming whole. Gently searching for his lost Soul. The road is crowded Many are there. Some quietly resigned some in despair. Be you rich man or pauper madman or sane the journey is simply to pass down life's lane. A pleasant smile on the mask costs nothing to add and helps those around you to feel less sad. The coming of Summer will ease life's road and friends around you can lighten your load. So brighten the image set about the task to polish and brighten the smile on the mask.
COUNTDOWN TO IMBOLC
The Cycle has turned at last The Winter portion now past . The Countdown has begun for frolics in the Sun.
THE DREAM
I dreamed a dream and strange as it seems my lover left my heart Two nights ago she withdrew eros's arrow and sought another mark. I feel alone and I feel free and finally I feel me. It is strange that I feel me . I have asked the Goddess to release me from this life. No more do I wish for No more do I desire The pain I wish to be released from. Her reply was not expected her reply was not desired. Yet a full answer was none the less required. My exit plan was scuppered and a answer finnaly spluttered And tommorow I will be here. Your answers will cost me dear.
SAIL AT DAWN
I dreamed a dream of freedom to sail the seven seas. Never again a country or four walls such as these. A boat to challenge wave, a sail to catch the breeze but never again a country or fourwalls such as these. My supper from the briony landed with such ease as I captain my boat around the seven sea's. A boozy crew of henchman not really hard to please good company to have upon the seven seas. And as the songs get loudest gentlemen if you please a toast to mother nature and her seven seas. And so to port and harbour pretty ladies do we tease but we sail with the dawn for never again a country and four such walls as these. And should the heart be mended the mind put at ease then maybe just maybe a country and four walls my latter days to ease.
SHADES
Walking, running in all the glades. Floating spirits gather in the tree's bobbing lightly on springs breeze. Among the trees I almost see I almost know. But then its gone For some one comes , just passes by. Myself but a shade within his eye.
SHEPARDS MOON
We tend the ungrateful flock Our efforts may never be known for only when we have gone will they realise they are alone. When the Wolf comes calling they will bleat out our name. For only then will they know that life's a deadly game.
WHAT IS A FRIEND
Starting this journey many years ago many have come and many chose to go. Some had a calling they could not ignore. Some have simply walked out through lifes door. But those we choose to call a friend will be with us till the end. When we are mad and do not speak we still care enough to take out time to peek. And those who have moved on before still drop by the open door. If you are a friend you dont need to call for we know you are somtimes that fly upon the wall. Keep your treasure safe lock up your gold. But keep your friendship open and free and cherish the relationship as you mature, and it is certain to endure.
DO YOU REMEMBER ME
Nanny pushed me down the lane. I walked across the park. I walked to the tree for my first Acorn. No one knew my name. I watched the tree grow It faired better than I For it flourished when I wished to die. Nanny told me it would be so she said the acorn would grow. She told me I was a solder and my fate was pre ordained. As I grew bigger and Nanny grew older I got braver I got bolder I walked the lane further than nanny wished to go. I found a bridge I found a stream I saw a fish I had to go. I was wet and she got mad Nanny knew the time had come. The road to adult had began. She set me down the lane again to earn my crust of bread. I returned with sadness my childhood was officially dead. So the lane got longer, the road spread out ahead. Laughter and joy we had a bright new toy The lane was passed at speed, unsurpassed The right of passage passed. No Lion no Tiger in this game. Survive an you are an adult worth your name. Many Winters passed the tree grew firm and strong My faith in this tree has lasted a whole life long. One night we had a fight the tree stood witness It stood in silence and did not judge. I passed it last night and it showed me a picture. It showed a mirror view. It showed me my Nanna It showed me you.
PART OF FACTORY CAT (THE REST IS LOST)
Her Mean Streak. The look in her eyes. How I miss her now. How I will cope, I don't know how. But I had to let her go. She needed room to run. A place to have fun. It was not fair to hold her back. My fiery feisty factory cat.
PLAYWRIGHT
The Actor is off the stage His children have all grown He can now afford to write a script of his own. He owes no allegiance to any foundling kin For the first time for him, life can begin. He is in no hurry to join another play for sure he wont be acting for you this sunny day. His play is full of truth and holds no hidden lies The end yet unwritten but don't rule out he dies. The second act if it does occur will be interesting One of that you can be sure. But I do understand you wish to leave the floor. This actors taking time to read the offered scripts Already turning down a farce and a Greek tragedy (was that the one with ships) One thing you can be sure of when learning for this part When he reads the words out, they are coming from the heart.
