A while back Evie hooked up with the wisecracking Harry Hopper. Together they got into all sorts of trouble to relieve their boredom from shoplifting and car theft to a small time protection racket. While everyone else saw him as a no good bum Evie thought she was in love and went along with his crazy plans. Six months ago Harry left for Lakefront City with Evie's meagre savings, promising that she would follow him when he had found them an apartment and got himself a job. Finding that she could wait no longer Evie went against the wishes of her family, and left downtown New York with her
brother in tow to find Harry. She found him soon enough, right in the arms of another woman and married to another. Rather than lose face by returning home, Evie has decided to stay and make a name for herself here, and take her revenge on Harry Hopper.
She's Tall and slender with cropped black hair. Large innocent eyes dominate a pretty face, belying the ruthless persona beneath. Appears sympathetic at face value, preferring to get others to do her dirty work.
