The 2005 show was a great success, providing a wonderful opportunity to exhibit the hobby to the public, and for gamers to gather and engage in wargaming alchemy, turning base paper into pure lead. Our front of house reenactors this year were Regia Anglorum.

Scotlands branch of the Sealed Knot, Manus O'Cahan's Regiment of Foot, were located inside the hall, which enabled them to put on their display, and run their game.

This years photos focuss on the traders present, rather than on the display games. First up is new figure company, Bears Den Miniatures, which is run by Phoenix club member, Chris (and his dad).

For Hersants Books and The Hobby Box this was the first year they had made it to Wappinshaw.
East Riding Miniatures and Ellerburn Armies (Hinchcliffe) made a welcome return.

Outpost wargaming and Under the Bed Enterprises were also present.

A and A Models and Pendraken Miniatures had their usual stands.

Local store, Dragon And George, and The Wargames Supply Dump, rounded off the traders in the main room.

On the stage overlooking the main hall was the famous Bring and Buy. Noticable this year was the increase in the number of part-armies which were put up for sale this year.

The back room also holds traders as well as games. Gateshead Gaming were on display here

As were Jamesons Models and Graham Robertson Books
