Topic: Battle for the rights of "Stone Cold"

World Wrestling Entertainment has recently filed a complaint to United States Patent and Trademark office. It is about a record company titled Stone Cold records. They complaint is that the record company is using the name Stone Cold, whilst the WWE has already trademaked the name Stone Cold, for "Stone Cold" Steve Austin at around 1996.

The record label, Stone Cold records has been around for 3 years now but is yet to be profitable. However, they are not planning to give up the name Stone Cold to the WWE.
