"I've waited near three months for you here in Heaven." The child turned, looked back toward earth and cried "They don't understand why I've left them today Lord look, look see how they grieve my parents, my friends, my family Please let me go back just for a day To explain to them why I've come here to stay Let me show them how perfect my body is now, How strong my small arms are, how smooth my small brow is I'll show them how deeply and easily I breathe I'll smile and wave bye bye and roll over with ease Please, please let me help them see how happy I am Lord I know I can make them see and understand." The Lord looked gently at the small pleading child "My son do not worry, it's part of my plan It takes time for these people to comprehend and understand They will heal and they will grow From the lessons you've taught They will laugh and be joyful more often than not." The Lord cradled the child in His strong arms "We'll wait for them here away from all harm We'll laugh and we'll play And they'll meet us here over Jordan someday And then they will know it was all for the good." The Lord and the child walked slowly away And down here on earth the people that stayed Shook their heads sadly, peered Heavenward, and cried Maybe Someday. Author Unknown |

It's a special day in Heaven for the angels up above. It's the special day Justin was welcomed in with love. They're hanging pretty streamers and making little bows. The garden is in blossom and he's dressed in fancy clothes. "Justin" They've said to him, "Today's your special day So choose a present - You'll receive whatever you may say. He thought for a moment, then he said "It's perfect! 'Cause you see, I want to share it with someone who's very close to me." So he chose a star from Heaven and placed it up so high, He made it shine so brightly that it lit the evening sky. "Look up and make a wish on it, look up - it will come true, Look up - It's there in Heaven and it's shining just for you." He said, "I love you Mommy, though, I know that we're apart, This is OUR birthday present, it's for YOU and from my heart." Author Unknown |

You can hear the children giggle Way above the faces in the clouds They bounce and hop and wiggle. The slide is so silver and smooth So the riders can go fast They smile and squeal with delight No reminders of the past. So many swings lined up in a row Children are learning how to "pump" The shy ones, they just practice While the brave ones, they all jump. The turtles, frogs and ducks The ones that bounce up and down Bring laughter from deep inside And the chuckles from a clown. More children come to play But no one makes a sound Because here, everyone is welcome At the Angel's Playground Author Unknown |

Just as I'd have been drawn quietly to his crib. I trim the grass around his marker, And dream of trimming bangs from his forehead. I place flowers in his vase, And dream of placing kisses on his cheek. I hold his memory dear to my heart, And dream of holding him in my arms. Author Unknown |
