THOUGHT
These are in random order right now. I haven't the energy or the ability to structure what is interesting to me into neat little categories. All my interests are connected somehow in my brain, but I don't really know how. Maybe I need to find out. Maybe that's important. Dunno.

RANDOM-NESS
- Postmodern Culture
- The current issue of Postmodern Culture is available online. I think it's the first electronic journal for academics. There's always a variety of stuff. Back issues are now available for a small fee.
- Public Domain, Incorporated
- "Public Domain (PD) began in the early-1980's as an experimental music group [...] Beginning in the Spring of 1991, PD began publication of a newsletter, NOISE, and a journal, PERFORATIONS. At the same time, PD seriously increased its efforts to make on-going hyper-media performances and presentations a reality. The expansion of interests in the direction of computers and technology led to the group's present research in computer networking, and to the consideration of the potential of networking as a means of re-thinking art 'after representation.'"
- Psychology of Cyberspace
- "The purpose of this site is to explore the psychological dimensions of the environments created by computers and online networks. It is intended as an evolving conceptual framework for understanding the various psychological components of cyberspace and how people react to and behave within it." -- John Suler, PhD, Department of Psychology, Rider University
- Resource Center for Cyberspace Studies
- "The Resource Center for Cyberculture Studies is an online, not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to research, study, teach, support, and create diverse and dynamic elements of cyberculture." Frames.
- Surrealism Server
- Surrealism. Go play.
- Spoons Home Page
- "The Spoon Collective is a group of Net citizens devoted to free and open discussion of philosophical issues." This page contains archives to a whole bunch o' mailing lists on philosophy (which I know nothing of).
- Cybermind Home Page
- "CYBERMIND is devoted to an examination of the new subjectivities that have emerged and might yet emerge in this arena. We are interested in particular in the philosophical, psychological/psychoanalytic and social issues engendered, particularly as they concern the user and hir community."
They have a mailing list which I am a lurker/sometimes participant. I always find it interesting and physical and (often times) over my head.
- Women and Performance
- A journal of Feminist Theory. "A vital forum for discussion on gender and representation, Women & Performance features essays, scripts, interviews and articles on performance from interdisciplinary feminist perspectives."
