Postmodern Culture: The current issue of Postmodern Culture is available online. I think it's the first electronic journal for academics. There's always a variety of stuff. Back issues are now available for a small fee.

They have a mailing list which I am a lurker/sometimes participant. I always find it interesting and physical and (often times) over my head.
