The Colour of Christmas
Purple Cadbury's selection boxes filled with sweets,
Very tasty chocolate treats.
Purple candles in the Advent Wreath,
Children stand and gaze from beneath.
Purple vestments that the priest wears,
During Advent as we say our prayers.
Three wise men with purple cloaks,
Very, very generous blokes.
Small elves in their little green suits,
Making us toys and cars that go toot.
Little green elf shoes so pointy and small,
They're so pointy they could make them fall.
People kissing under the green mistletoe,
Listening to carols on the piano.
On the branches we see lovely green holly
Christmas makes us all feel jolly.
