C Complemenatary Registration Who is eligible for Complemenatary Registration?

Complementary registrations are limited to CEIEC staff only. However, a very limited number of complementary registration requests will be considered, subject to the CEIEC director’s approval.

F Financial support Will the CEIEC provide financial support for delegates?

CEIEC is a not-for-profit organization and therefore is incapable to provide financial assistance to individuals who are unable to afford the charges (registration fee, airfare and accommodation cost) that may be incurred in attending our conference. We can only provide financial support for delegates if we recieve sponsorship or specific grant-aid for specific delegates.

I IJEIEC - For presenters, submission guidelines of IJEIEC. When's the deadline for submitting my fully written paper?

The CEIEC publishes a fully-refereed international on-line journal – the International Journal of Equity and Innovation in Early Childhood (IJEIEC). All presenters are encouraged to publish their fully written paper via IJEIEC. Articles must be submitted by 30th of November. S Sponsorship Can the CEIEC sponsor delegates?

The CEIEC recieves no insitutional subsidy for its annual conference and it is a non-profit organisation that must cover all costs associated with the conference. We can only provide financial support for delegates if we recieve sponsorship or specific grant-aid for specific delegates.

V Visas for Australia

What type of visa do I need to attend the conference?

Every international visitor should familiarize themselves with visa requirements well in advance of the conference. CEIEC encourages you to apply for your visa as early as possible, at least three (3) months prior to the conference.
CEIEC CANNOT INTERVENE with Australian Embassies abroad or the Department of Immigration and Citizenship in Australia on behalf of any conference participant.

However, if you need a personal letter of invitation to be able to present atattend the conference, please:

  • submit your abstract (if presenting)
  • complete the registration process,
  • pay the registration fee.
  • contact CEIEC [email: education-ceiec-conference@unimelb.edu.au or fax: 613 9347 9380] to provide the following information: Full Name, Complete Mailing Address (including phone and fax numbers), Passport Number / Country Issued, Date of Birth

    Your letter will be e-mailed (pdf format) and mailed to you, so request it well in advance of when you expect to need it.
