·	Tranquility Cottage is located on the shore of Little Glen Lake. Glen lake has been described in National Geographic Magazine as "one of the five most beautiful lakes in the world". All sand bottom.
·	It is situated between the towns of Empire (4.5 miles) and Glen Arbor (3miles). Both are charming towns with groceries, shopping and good restaurants. Traverse City is ½ hour away.
·	It is minutes away from Sleeping Bear National Park and Sand Dunes and from Lake Michigan beaches.
·	Marina with boat rentals of all kinds is one minute away. Boat access ramp is directly across lake (2 minutes away by car).
