Practice Schedule
Morning sessions from Monday-Friday are 7-8: am diving well only; 8:10--9:20 am and 9:30-10:45 am.
Pre-team will practice 7--8 am; 8--9; or 9--10 am.
Gator Etiquette
Always check in with your coaches when you arrive at a meet and check out before you leave. When you are not swimming stay in the team area. When you finish a swim, wait for all swimmers to finish before you get out of the pool.
