The Fantasy
Parody saga takes place in a sea side city called
Cecilton. It is the home of two very different clans of witches who have
adopted the Highlander "there can only be one" method of thinking and
are eager to destroy each other. Each episode follows the dramas of
the witches who are combatants in this Witch War and also the bystanders whose
lives are effected by the destructive forces of the witches.
