Auroral Works of Art

(Granger): We would like to describe our works of art. Our patterns of sound and vision are of a somewhat complex nature. We are able to see as well hear the effects of the sound of vibration; we are able to hear as well as see the visual effects. We have a problem presenting these ideas to you since, in the earth life, you have no direct comparison to our sense of sight and sound. Remember that it is in physical terms only that sight effects are presented to the mind through the eye 'and the physical brain. The same is true for sound through the ear and the physical brain. The question from readers, naturally enough, will be, "How can you see or hear anything if you have no physical eyes and ears?" That question is not easy to answer in your physical terms, yet from this side, it is so obvious. We, The Auroral People, have the ability to sense wide ranges of vibration and energy that you, in the physical world, are not aware of. For example, we can tell exactly the condition of any plant or flower, growing in your physical world, simply by sensing the vibrations and energy patterns given off by that plant. If you examine some Kirilian photographs in colour and imagine the sound patterns associated with the-colours, these together, the sound and the colour in combination is the effect we receive from the plant.

You may ask if our art-forms have any relationship to the physical earth, or to space surrounding it in any way, and our answer would be, "Not directly". Now indirectly, we could explain that they could be thought of in physical terms to the extent that they have a location and, in our terms of vibration, they occupy space. They are, in other words, very real to us. We locate these works of art in certain areas of our space, and we need to move to that specific location to observe them. We do not just visualize them as some abstract form of thought to be called to mind. We could visit one of these art galleries just as you would in physical terms. Now in your terms of space, you could in no way be aware of them because you do not sense the vibration. You could be sitting in the midst of our richest art-gallery right now and be quite unaware of it. We can visit the same art-gallery and be quite unaware of you. However, we do have the ability to tune-in to your lower frequencies or vibrations and recognize your presence when we wish to do so. We will try to explain a little later how we seem to live as "two shoes in the same box."

(Granger): We want to explain, to the best of our ability, how the physical life of earth exists in juxtaposition with the psychic or spiritual life of The Auroral People and other spiritual personalities and realities. This concept is readily grasped by those who have deceased from the physical life and now observe and participate in life from this side. It is also readily understood by The Auroral People, who accept this phenomenon as part of their normal existence. It is not, however, readily understood or accepted by those in the physical life on earth. We need to establish some hooks on which those in the physical life can hang some concepts that enable them to get a feeling of this dimension of reality. Strangely enough, the two institutions of man's learning and culture that should give guidance and light in this area are more inclined to downgrade and even deny this possibility rather than attempt to shed any useful light. We refer here to religion and science. Both of these institutions have, at times, more the instincts of a mother hen refitting and fixing up the old nest, rather than the instincts of an eagle on the wing, looking out for new areas of life and new areas of thought. Let us assume for a moment that the physical dimensions of all consciousness ceased to exist completely, and we have a total blackout of all physical existence. What would remain of life and consciousness? Well a great amount would remain in total reality, but we need to scale down to those dimensions related directly to the planet Earth. Physically the earth would become a total void of blackness and empty space. No light from the sun or stars, no romantic reflection from the moon, no Earth and no atmosphere, no light, no heat, and no living being of any form to care one way or the other.

Life from this side of consciousness would, however, be no less real; the light and energy of life would glow and radiate as beautifully as ever. We would observe the blackout of physical consciousness, that is true, but it would not diminish in any way the glory of the higher awareness. Let there be no doubt in your mind as to which is the chicken and which is the egg of consciousness; the vast array of physical being, with all of its reality, comes out of the higher psychic consciousness of the spiritual sources 0£ all being.

The point we want to make here is not a challenge to blow up the universe as such, indeed not. We want to establish the idea that the awareness of that dimension of life in which The Auroral People live and have their being is very real and very much of a stand-alone nature. It is not some shadow or backwater from physical being. The dimensions of their being are older than the physical earth. You may record that in your history book. It is an historical fact.

The Auroral People are no less complex in their nature than those of the physical earth. No two of these folk are alike, any more than any two people of the physical earth are alike. Their talents are varied in range and depth of skill from person to person.

Now Jason continues: ...Yes, now let me try to give you a better understanding of the relationship between plants, music, human emotions, and thought-patterns.

You see, we are, each one of all of us, you in your little corner and I in mine, too provincial, too local, too ready to relate to the terms of life that we already understand. We need to move off to some far distant point, to some way-off mysterious mountain peak, far beyond all creation and consciousness. And from this far distant point, we need to look back and see things in total perspective. We would see things, and relationships, very differently. You and I in our different planes of consciousness, yes you and I. Jason in the world of spirit and nature, along with our good old channel of communications, Granger and The Starters, all would now appear as a row of peas all in the same little pod. Your plants and my thought-energy would appear to be of the same pattern of life. And your thoughts would appear to be in the same little pattern of consciousness as my thoughts. The plant in your window would be clearly aware of both your thought-energy and mine.

Let us continue from our lofty mountain peak. We need to understand that just as the races of the world comprise the population of a large city so do we, you and I. all those who still live in the earth, those who once lived there and have moved into the next room, like Granger, those like us, the people of nature in our psychic dimension yet so close to the earth, we all together with our energy-patterns, our thought-patterns, our emotions, our beliefs, our attitudes toward our freedom of choice, we comprise a great metropolis of consciousness. From our vantage point on the distant mountain this is all very obvious, as though we observed your great city of Toronto on a clear day from the CN Tower.
