Soon, I will publish in these pages some of the rhymes I have written for people I considered having created an impact in my life. It's my way of recognizing the inspiration they have given me to strive to achieve more than what I ever thought possible. These people include first and foremost my family which includes my husband and daughter, and even some recently met individuals who in themselves were uniquely interesting in some way to trigger verses to flow from my heart to my pen.

"Not too long ago, I took a peek into that window and I found a beautiful creature, full of courage yet so vulnerable, full of strength yet so sweet, so willing to love as to be loved.

That first peek was followed by another and the more I took a look, the more I realized that this special creation I must hold and cherish not only in my memory as I lay in bed at night, nor in my imagination as I sink into bouts of daydreaming.

I proposed love...and marriage.
