[Show Bass hanging from flying Tails]
BASS: It's right in front of-
[CRASH!]
[Blank screen]
NARRATOR: Now...
[Fade in Hallway]
[Bass Standing with Tails]
BASS: Wow! You built this?
TAILS: Yup. I've always had a Knack for building things. Her name is Casseopiea. Now
if you would follow me, I'll introduce you to the crew.
[Tails walks and bumps into a wall]
TAILS: Ow. Right. It's THIS way.
[Bass follows Tails to a closed door w/ a keypad]
TAILS: I can only show you the door Bass. You must walk through it... then, hold it open.
BASS: Hold it open? And why don't you open it?
TAILS: *Grumbling* Braille keypads are a little hard to come by when the world is under
the control of a Crazy Cyborg...
BASS: Yeah, okay! What's the number?
TAILS: 8-6-7-5-3-0-9
BASS: 8-6-7-5-3-0-9? *As he is typing it in*
TAILS: That's my number.
[Door opens]
[Bass and Tails walk into the Cockpit]
[Knuckles in pilot seat, Cream in a chair off to side and Amy standing near a table]
TAILS: That guy over there at the controls, that's Knuckles.
KNUCKLES: Yo!
TAILS: He's our pilot and a darn good one at that. The Pink Hedgehog over there is Amy. She
is our navigator and resident nurse.
[Amy makes no signs of noticing them]
TAILS: And the little one over there is Cream. She has the most important job of us all...
BASS: Really? What does she do?
TAILS: She brews our coffee.
BASS: Ooooh!
[Bass and Tails walk further into cockpit and stand near Amy]
AMY: *Sigh*
TAILS: Poor Amy... She has fallen into a state of denial and depression ever since Sonic bit
it in the Minefield over a year ago. She hasn't spoken since.
CREAM: Coffee's ready!
AMY: Coffee? Alright! [Leaps up and runs over to Cream]
TAILS: Erm... Well, she never talks to me.
KNUCKLES: Coffee? Whoo! Break time! [Runs over to Cream]
[Momentary Pause]
[Alarms begin to go off]
BASS: What's happening?
TAILS: It's the freaky energy levels again! We had these right before you showed up and our
dimensions collided! That means that-
[Ka-booom!]
[Background shakes]
[Everything back to normal]
TAILS: It's happened again!! Another dimension has slammed into ours! Knuckles! Get on and-
KNUCKLES: AAAAAGGGHH!! COFFEE BURN! COFFEE BURN! OWOWOWOWOW!
TAILS: Uh... Yeah, see to him Amy. Uh, Bass. You ever flown a ship before?
[Fade to black]
[Fade into Palace in Mushroom Kingdom]
[A Sonic is holding Mario, another is holding Luigi, and a third is standing before them; a
giant spiky turtle shell is nearby (Bowser)]
SONIC #1: They sure put up quite a fight! We lost almost a hundred Sonics!
SONIC #2: Yeah, but they are ours now!
SONIC #3: Hmm. Your powers are incredible... Yet we cannot harness the energy of the mushrooms.
Tell us the secret to your power!
MARIO & LUIGI: Never!
SONIC #3: *Punches Mario in the gut several times* Tell us!!
MARIO: *Shakes head no*
SONIC #3: Then witness the fate of your brother, fat one!
MARIO: NO!
[Sonics 'sonicify' Luigi]
MARIO: *Crying*
SONIC #3: Tell us! Or your precious Princess will be next! We WILL find her! She is somewhere in
another castle!!
MARIO: *Gasps* *Whispers to Sonic #3* Do whatever you want to the Toads, just leave Peach alone!
SONIC #3: Huh? WHAT?!? You two were the only ones to harness the Mushrooms? Nobody else can?!?
Take him away to "the one" for mindwipe!! His girlfriend will follow soon once we find her! *Evil
Laughter*
MARIO: NOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooo!
[Sonics drag him away, #3 remains behind]
SONIC #3: He will be more useful to "the one's" cause in his original form. There is no need to
"sonicify" him. [Speeds off the screen]
[Bowser comes out of shell]
BOWSER: Raahr! [Subtitles appear(from now on, words in subtitles will be surrounded by <>)] <Whew!
They're gone!>
[Tails' ship appears and lands]
[Hatch opens and Bass and Tails come out]
[Tails looks in opposite direction of Bowser]
TAILS: YO! HELLO! IS ANYONE OUT THERE?
BOWSER: Grrrr! <Stay back! Don't touch me!>
TAILS: Great. Just some animal.
BASS: Not exactly. We should give him his space though. Don't worry man. We aren't with the blue
spiky rats.
TAILS: What? Why are you talking to it, whatever it is?
BASS: Trust me! Evil is a universal language man.
[Bass and Bowser talk to each other for a while]
BASS: Okay, it's settled then! Wanna shake on it?
[Bass and Bowser shake hands]
[Bass gets Koopa Bomb! ability (shoot explosive turtle shells)]
TAILS: You sure about this?
BASS: Yeah, he's good. He's with us now. Can we get outta here?
TAILS: Um. Yeah.
[Tails and Bass enter ship]
[Bowser is too big for the door]
[Bowser breaks through, making a large hole]
[Switch to a deep dark dungeony chamber: Sonic 2.0's chamber]
SONIC 2.0: Rise my slave...
MARIO: Master... I live only to serve...
SONIC 2.0: Excellent... I have a task for you...
