This album is the love song themes of the senshi, some new, some which are on other soundtracks like 'Forever Love' and 'He is Everything you want'.
In progress on 10/20/02, will be completed by the end of tonight but for today it will be incomplete as i have to go to work!

1.  Forever Love - X Japan

'Forever Love' operates as the major love theme, it is such a beautiful song i had to include it and although it is already on vols 1 & 2 in two forms, it has to be on the Ai soundtrack.

2.  Love~Refrain - Hamasaki Ayumi

Love~Refrain is almost an image song, but an image/love song for two characters, Esa and Cassie and the lyrics relate a lot of how they possibly feel about their relationships while the music is not too overbearingly lovey in sound but more contemporary.

3.  Amazed - Lonestar

When i first heard this song i thought of Bradley (no honestly!). I think it was the line 'I can see your dreams'. Fickle i know, but it caught on and it grew on me that it was kinda like him, if he ever knew love. Put it with Este which does show some inner despair and it's like 'discovery of emotion'. (woo deep)

4.   ColorBlind - Counting Crows

This song is so beautiful, and fic-wise it makes me think of the Athene/Ken/Juno/ fiasco and also Quatre

5.  Eternal Promise - Masami Okui

The title could fit so many of the characters; Esa/Cassie, Ami/Lita, but to me this makes me think of Athene. It has a sad sound to it and to me she can be quite a sad character.

The title translates to 'At times Love' and is from the Utena movie played in that most gorgeously surreal of scenes in the Rose Garden. I think it's the fast beat combined with slower movements and Masami's beautiful voice that marks it as an incredible love song, so powerful, and makes me think of all the senshi in their loves.

This is another generic song applying to all. The song itself is another beautiful track, and wowed me a lot because of Hikki's amazing English vocals! It's more ballad-like than others which is not my usual taste but this song is just plain old lovely.

I never knew of this Celine Dion song until i downloaded a Gravi amv, whatever it immediately grabbed me and yelled out 'fic song fic song'. Could be generic i suppose, but in my mind it's more like Esa/Brad or Athene.

I really have no idea who this applies to in the fic, so i guess it would be generic. I just adore the song, i know it's kind of cheesy but it's still a great rock ballad.

Ah hahaha, this song is so sensual sounding. Mind you the lyrics do go 'what would happen if we kissed, would your tongue slip past my lips' O.o. Anywhos, people wise, Ariel/Hakkai (from her point of view), Esa/Bradley, Athene....., Quatre....

Esa’s song. It is absolutely gorgeous, Iwao Junko’s vocals are breathtaking and the song is one I attached to Esa. It is almost a song she sings to Cassie to explain how she acts, and how she is even though she still loves her.

Like Scarlet is Esa's personal 'love' song, this is Cassies. I looked up the lyrics because i liked the song and the idea just stuck. It helps to explain some of her feelings, fearing separation and loneliness.

14.  Colorblind - Counting Crows

This song features on 'Reality' and it is from Cassie's point of view debating how annoyed she gets that Esa is so fickle.

Ok it's not really a 'love' song persay but it wraps things up. I don't know what else to say, i do love this song deeply, it is incredibly poetic and i just really wanted it to be the 'final' song on the album.
