1. Silver Millennium Sailor Moon
A lovely calming peace of music, from the Sailor Moon series to start the Zodiac series. Obviously this would apply to the Silver Millennium but also it applies to the future scenarios well.
2.Dream
Card Captor Sakura OST1 1998
An almost omnious but very grand and 'destiny' sounding theme from Card Captor Sakura. It applies to all the areas in the fiction which imply the start of something grand, or the start of a change.
3. The Journey Chris Tilton at young composers.com
The first of three pieces entitled 'The Journey'. These all have a similar grand and very Final Fantasy reminiscent sound to them. Quite a long piece at 7 minutes but involves themes of both success and darkness and is useful as a general senshi theme.
4.
Negaverse Sailor Moon
The classic Negaverse theme from Sailor Moon for use in the Negaverse sections.
5. Mythos Aaron Scott at young composers.com
A piece i would idenifty as Miscite or Laverna's theme. Dark sounding but sometimes with an egde of playfulness to it. The playfulness applying to Laverna. The use in the fiction would be in the Negaverse plotting moments, and especially when Miscite finds Teimei.
6.
Fuuin Kaijo Card Captor Sakura OST 2 1998
Fuuin Kaijo, again from Card Captor Sakura is another grand-type theme. Sounding like the setup to a battle or the senshi deciding the fight (just before transformation).
7.
Senshi Make-up! Sailor Moon
The general Sailor Moon transformation theme, but the North American theme as to me it sounds more dynamic (although i do like the Inners Crystal Power Japanese henshin) and in a way fits in well with the opening theme being the pacy 'Fly High'.
8. Darkness 'Star of Love' Sailor Moon
A theme from Sailor Moon, and my chosen battle theme. The organ playing gives it a nicely ominous sound and then it immediately speeds up into another Final Fantasy-eque battle theme.
9. The Journey pt 2 Chris Tilton at young composers.com
The theme for 'post battle'. Again it is quite long, the earlier and quieter parts apply if a battle didn't exactly go too well or has implications for something else such as the first Laverna fight. Then the music becomes quite heraldic, a celebration for victory perhaps.
10. Unreality Ronald Kornfeil at young composers.com
Unreality is in a minor key and a very 'sad' piece of music. It applies to all the times of loss and is suitably followed by Lost Romance. Quite a dark sounding piece, used especially in the aftermath at the end of Arc II and also Teimei's transformation to good.
11. Lost Romance young composers.com
Strangely enough i applied this theme to Cassie. But it again could work for all the senshi. A piece for reminiscence, very sad as the title suggests and also a very long piece at 10 minutes.
12.
Forever Love Instrumental X-Japan 2000
The vocal theme is used at some points in Arc II, but the instrumental works well as a general love theme from the famous and ever beautiful song by X-Japan. I adore this song so i had to have it in the soundtrack.
13. A Farewell to Friends Rodolfo Gomez at young composers.com
As the title suggests, a piece used for farewells. But it also has a quite light and hopeful nature to it and so used mainly at the end of Arc IV.
14. Requiem Softly Gundam Wing Operations 3 1996
A beautiful classical piece from the Gundam Wing series. Another almost melancholy sounding piece which in the end rises to become quite grand and heraldic. Applying to all the parts again where there is a sense of loss of hope and finding a way through it.
15. Finale(the journey pt5) Chris Tilton at young composers.com
The final piece in 'The Journey' trilogy of pieces and a very suitably sounding final piece. Again long at 9 minutes, but it embodies the main themes of the fiction and has a very conclusive sound.
16. The Last Song X-Japan 'The Ballad Collection' 2001=Lyrics=
The Last Song by X-Japan is the final conclusion to the series after the Finale music. Useful for final end credits as Esa and Cassie meet up when they are older. The lyrics are particularly good with its references to 'turning the page of the next chapter' which has a note of both irony and also application to the changes of the fiction as the girls seek some stability.
