Juno is by far the quietest and calmest of the trio, indeed it is likely she was easily influenced by Ari and Athene into joining in. However she still has her sparks sharing many of her mother, Lita’s positive aptitudes, although her cooking is somewhat amiss. Juno is bright and bubbly but easily shaded by her domineering counterparts and she strangely wants some of their brashness. She is very sweet, she does not like to offend anyone and tends to be more bound to her home than the other two, probably because of the emotional upheaval in her life. She doesn’t wish ill on anyone and can sometimes come across very naïve and goody-goody. However she is an excellent soldier. She is reasoned like Teimei and thinks before she acts. She is not as strong as Lita, nor as feisty, if anything she resembles Ami far more in times of battle, but she does still maintain impressive physical strength and an alarmingly accuracy in hitting targets.
Juno has a deep crush on Hidaka Ken, the football mad member of Weiss. It annoys and hurts her how Athene is so cruel especially when she can see his affection for the Martian girl. She wonders whether she is invisible, whether she is noticed at all and it can make her try and emulate and compete with Athene against her personality to get herself noticed.
The Heart Soldier of Lighting
Juno is a 'Heart Soldier' along with the other Chibis. They do not fully receive their Sailor powers until their mothers have resigned their powers (Sailor Chibi Moon transforms as Serenity is no longer a soldier since she is Queen but the other senshi are still her protectors). Until that time they can become Heart Soldiers to battle wielding a magical sword for which they all own keyring-shaped objects as their henshin. There is one crucial move for the soldiers, the 'Tsuragi no Kokoro' or 'Heart of the Sword' attack. Juno places her left hand a little distance from the sword blade near the hilt and stands with her hands in front of her face. She chants out:
'The power of the planet Jupiter surround me, the astral power surrounds the sword and the soul unites! Tsu-ra-gi no ko-ko-ro'
A tremendous ball of energy forms between her left hand and the blade and is fired directly at the assailant.
