The Bluesummer Projects are indeed working on a major manga production. But until then, Samurai Sniper is a small cut and paste comic strip that sprung out of the ashes of an earlier story.
And seeing as it's being written by Ally(ehem, moi) it will most likely feature tech/pop anime spoofs.
