SWOT

 

 

One of the largest strengths of this site is that it is offered in two formats. A weakness is that the Html format is “weak” it is over simplified to the point of boredom. This leaves an opportunity to change this and put a little more effort into it. A threat is that if they do not update the site people will more to more entertaining web sites. I would also improve this site by selling gift certificates online that can be paid for and then printed off from home. I would also use streaming video to show bungee movies or clips.

 

The greatest strength of this site is that it covers all that hyak has to offer. As all of the adventure packages are broken up into their own pages. The largest weakness of this site is that it is fairly boring compared to other sites. It is meant for action oriented outdoor enthusiasts and it should cater to their faster pace. I would add video clips and brighter colors and more action type words to motivate the customer. There is a lot of opportunity for this company to adapt this web site to attract the fun loving extreme sports enthusiast that will be attracted by the flashy web site.

One of the largest strengths of this site is that it has an online booking function where you can book your game times online. A weakness of this site is that there is an online store but you cannot purchase online. There is an opportunity to sell product and ship it directly to the customer through online sales. The site has many product advertisements but there is no method of purchase for the interested consumer. The threat is that they are loosing potential sales and other online stores are receiving the revenue that they could be generating.
