Glorious City of AR

Theme : I understand this is City of Ar based and written by the novels of John Norman with references to be utilized from Book #1 Tarnsman and Book #5 Assassins.

Zero Tolerance : If your not on the same location pulldown as another person, then you can not use that information against that person later. The Location pulldowns and the desire to roleplay progressively without insult or comment will be obided by here in Ar. We will not tolerate OOC or Crossing characters in Ar

Enviroment :City of Ar follows and obides by the prodigy open combat rules. I understand and agree that City of Ar is a limited kill, capture and collar zone. We honor the Unwilling Captive Rule under mirror zone rules. Two combatants may legally agree to "duel" one on one before hand in any other combat system, however if they do not, it will be judged by this room council as prodigy rules for open combat. The Rolling time limit for Prodigy here is: 10 minutes.

Your Arrival to City of Ar: All Guests, Visitors and Hostiles must arrive at the great walls of Ar with valid roleplay. They do not just appear somewhere in the streets of Ar.

Visiting Freemen : Are welcomed respectfull in peace. Keep Your weapons and Enjoy your stay. Ask permission to touch any One else's property. Understand We do not covet strangers.

Visiting Freewoman : Are welcomed respectfully in peace with an escort. We are a community and we hope you enjoy your stay and depart when your escort departs. A Freewoman traveling alone risks entrance into slavery. The protection of Free women are only guaranteed to those that are of the city.

Visiting Slaves : All uncollared slaves will enter unto the life of slavery. All collared slaves should come with escort or a collar exchange might occur.

Visiting Raiders : Raids are for fun we welcome them in any form or fashion with the understanding that the difference between open combat and to the death versus a fun raid is by wearing a "Raider" tag in your name. -- if Combat insues You are under no protection of being killed or maimed without the raider Tag.

Slashed Messenger : All Messengers will be slashed as such " YOUR NAME w/- slashed messenger " - Entering with " Messenger " or any other variation is unacceptable. If YOU can not enter IC and roleplay out your message then its NOT important enough to bother us in the first place, and You can refer your message to our message boards.

Assassins : Script must be given to the Room controller to validate your mark before its upheld within the interior walls of the city of Ar.

Combat : Open Combat is how we will get things done. Open Combat will be followed by the Prodigy Open Combat rules. One on One duels are acceptable under the guidelines and terms 'agreed ' upon by both opponents, without this anyone can get involved.

Judge : Any Man of the Council can be elected to Judge OC via Prodigy rules within Ar. The elected council member will singularly judge the open combat on His own without recourse. If all Council Men are involved in the combat, then the Council can select a sole Judge of their choosing.

Registered Animals: Registered Animals are welcomed until the person breaks character and begins speaking or thinking like a human. Then they will be removed from the room. Roleplay accordingly to how the animal would act. All cute cuddely urts, and giani will be eatten.

Script- If your roleplay warrants an event that would affect another person within Ar it must be scripted and posted on our Ar boards. No where else. If you attempt to impugn on our good home by posting outside our community we will act accordingly and perhaps either dismiss your roleplay or smite you. Scripts of happenings in Ar stay internal, unless agreed upon between the parties involved to get a sole judge. We within Ar will never accept a three person judgement ruling.

Crossing characters and ooc will not be tolerated. Only one judge can be selected - We will not be using three judges or more. It basically varies on who is available to handle the dispute.

Storyteller- I understand that Storytellers designated for Ar will affect my enviroment and roleplay. I will not use the Storyteller Pulldown unless I'm an excepted member of the Arian council.

YOUR NPC's- I furthermore understand I can use my own NPC's, however, if I forget to roleplay them in one post, I will not be able to use them on a later post- they will become null, void and non-existent. You can only use a maximum of three NPC's in your storytelling where as storytellers can use as much as necessary to describe the vast occupancy of Ar.
