Alpha Phi Alpha vs. The Bible

1. The Bible "I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that you walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called." Ephesians 4:1 Alpha Phi Alpha 1 I therefore beseech you, Brother, that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called. What is the significance here? Paul refers to himself as a Christian being a prisoner for Christ's sake, not a brother of some sect or specific organization like the Pharisees. Paul is talking to Christians and about being a Christian. Alphas are talking about their brothers and their duties. This is just another replacement act of GLO's. Placing themselves where they don't belong.
Even more sinister here is the of the word vocation. Paul is speaking of SOUL-WINNING and all other biblical aspects of living the proper Christian life. BUT what kind of vocation is Alpha speaking of: REMEMBER-EVERYTHING points toward the organization. They are talking about being a worthy Alpha. Whatever that means!!! Bottom Line- It is MAN focused, not Christ-centered. This is some mean misuse of scripture. So born-again Alpha, WHICH vocation are you walking worthy of?? What has Alpha Phi Alpha done? They replace the wording to apply to a Brother of Alpha Phi Alpha, NOT a Christian.
This changes the whole meaning of the passage. This means that Ephesians 4 can apply to the sinner and the saint simultaneously. Sorry, but sinners will have no place in the resurrection of the righteous or that captivity led captive mentioned in one of the missing verses. Alpha leaves certain verses of scripture out that point to the necessity of a relationship with Jesus Christ in order for these directives to be fulfilled. Once again, CHRIST is OUT and the GLO is at the center.
Verses 8-16, 19-28, and 30 are all left out of the scriptural teaching that ALPHA PHI ALPHA is the Light of the World. They leave out the verses that point to Christ purposely to get the point across to the impressionable initiates that Alpha is the Light of the world. All of the remaining verses are quoted verbatim, but are meaningless when Christ is not depicted as He says He should be in John 12:32. This is just another way of how Christ is reduced to less than who He really is, The Son of God.
3. False Doctrine of being the Light of the World- ALPHA PHI ALPHA "claims" to be the light of the world. They are certainly one of the may false light in the world today, but want to stake claim on God's Light.
4. Sacrifice unto Devils (I Corinthians 10:20-22)- ALPHA PHI ALPHA conducts a ceremony in which they give food to their initiates that were dedicated to the gods
5. ALPHA PHI ALPHA- Alpha Phrates Athiopes which means first and leading brotherhood of the Ethiopians. To open its portals to the fellowship of all mankind. It is believed by Alpha that Ethiopians were favored by the gods. There is a specific food that the initiates are required to eat that they claim was prepared for Alpha by the gods. Initiates are taught that they must lose all sense of self in the work of Alpha. Their history book is referred to as the Bible. They are taught to repeat, Alpha Phi Alpha is The Light of the World, Alpha is in my heart. Their RITUAL states that Alpha Phi Alpha IS the LIGHT OF THE WORLD.
Men of God in Alpha!!!! You have alot of explaining to do.
