Dear Sister, Thank you sooooo much for your post at the club. Your words are a touch to my heart. I will share a word that a sister had about Megan. You see last August (1999) She and her India born father in law had a hugh confrontation about Jesus and the Hindu beli fs. To make a long story short he cursed her, her family and her church. Anyway during prayer for Megan tonight a young woman who knew nothing of this said, "the Spirit keeps saying (in-law) over and over, does this mean something?" That is when Megan shared this detail I never knew of before. Please if you will pray aginst what may be real demonic attack on Megan and possibly us all. I watched "The Patriot" twice at the movies in the first month after it was releasted. I had my wife bring me a copy of the DVD from the Philippines and I just purchased a release copy from amazon.com. I think it will be one of the classics and the best m vie Mel has ever done. Dear Louise...you ask me to let you know my email address ; I also have another one which is personal goldharold@hotmail.com which I use for family and close friends. I am a pastor and God has blessed me with three wonderful, loving daughters; two of whom are married , serving the Lord in their churches. My youngest daughter, Debbie, is the daughter for whom I have ask prayer. She is a great young lady (Dad is talking, here) and my wife and I love her so much. She has struggled with panic since a young gir ...sometimes she controls it ..and of course we have prayed and had counseling and tried medication and all the rest, but we have yet to see visiable results. I trust God and I know God desires to heal in his own time and way. Please pray with us for Debb e's healing. odd, isn't it. I have prayed thousands of prayers and given thousands of hours to others in their need. I have witnessed many miracles at the hands of God. I know, first hand his love and power.And I will continue to trust , but there are ti es when I am discouraged and get down with this. But I continue to believe and serve. Louise, God has blessed you with many talents and this site design and pictures are among them. I was happy to find this site thru the C'ville website. My Christian roots are from my days at St. John's and living in a community of believers. We share many common interests also. Angels-I have an angel room that is my prayer room and special place. My angel collection includes poems, pictures, books, jewel y, figurines, etc. Started in my den and has slowly gone through the home. Of course, my whole Christmas tree ornaments are angels, about 225 of them! We are coming to Iowa in August. Hope to get to Clarksville to visit after a day at the state fair. Looking at your list of people you admire, I'll share with you an author that I found to be so wonderful and gave me so many "God moments" while you are reading his works, the author is Og Mandino. the first book, I would get is "The Greatest Miracle in t e World". It changed my life! the four principles are; Count your blessings, proclaim your rarity, go the extra mile, and make wise choices. Sounds BIBLICAL, huh! I know you will understand, that my father, Shorty Wilder could have given Customer Service talks on going the the extra mile for people. In my career in insurance, I've used my dad as example of going the extra mile. And to my dad, it all came so natural I pray that people say of me, "it all comes so natural for Marlys". Beautiful web-page! (I haven't learned how to use this thing well enough to make myself a page yet, working on it! LOL). We have some in common, many of your "neat people" would also be on my list, I have a "Bird, Butterfly and Toad Abode" project at the reschool where I teach, it's a haven for critters of all types, we have a butterfly bush, sunflowers, a variety of wildflowers, toad houses (clay pots overturned with 'doors' cut into them, several rows of birdseed, a feeder and birdbath and 2 small/1 lar e 4-room birdhouse, this is of course a project for the children and the paint and skill of planting straight rows and hanging the houses is reflective of 4-year-olds, but we're very proud of it and the critters love it! I have one I'm working on at home, too. I love God and Bible reading although I admit, I don't spend enough time in it, my vacations are traditionally spent as Bible-reading retreats, I take the kids to the lake and sit on shore reading. When I leave work next month I hope to develope a re ular reading schedule. I am currently searching for a new church as I have recently remarried and moved to another town. I have 2 children and live in Arkansas. Greetings!
