G. Michelson's Biography
Attended studio classes in figure and portrait painting at The Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
Showed regularly at The Golden Door Gallery, New Hope, Pa. and the Phillips Mill Annual juried
show in New Hope, Pa. Also showed regularly in juried exhibitions in Trenton, N.J., Princeton, N. J.,
Philadelphia, Pa., Lake Worth, Fl., the National Academy of Design in New York and The
Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. Has lifetime copy privileges at the National Museum of Art,
Washington, D.C., permitting the live copying of all their masterpieces. Is represented in many private
collections in the USA.
