    Remember, this number is for Visa or Mastercard sales only. Have ready your CC number, date of expiration, the item numbers of the gear you want, the quantities and total cost. Remember to add $4.00 to the total for shipping and handling. We ask when placing an order with a credit card, that we speak with the owner of the card. Delivery will take about 2 weeks.


  2. Check or money order
    You can also send us a check or money order to pay for your order. Send us on a piece of paper:

    • Your name
    • Your return address
    • Your phone number
    • The item numbers of the gear you want
    • Quantity of the items you want
    • Total cost (including $4.00 s/h)
    • Check or money order made payable to Mad Dog Golf
