• Carlos was born 30 Oct 1960, San Salvador,El Salvador,He was missing, 6 Jun 1980,on Boulevard Los Heroes, San Salvador, El Salvador. During the El Salvador Civil War, Carlos was reported missing person (desaparecido)to the Arzobispado de San Salvador(Socorro Juridico) and the International Red Cross.He was never found, his mother searched to many different places where dead bodies of victims appeared, she couldn't reconized any of them as Carlos. She also went to jails and prisons and he was not in any of them. He is presumed to have been killed by the Death Squads(Escuadrones de la Muerte) that operated underground at that time.
