Best E.T. to date (1999 the car hasn't been to the track since then) is a 12.9 @ 108 mph (20 psi).  This was accomplished (before engine mods, 3" downpipe, 3" test pipe, 3.15" exhaust, and no head work) with w/Nitto 555R Extreme drag radials up front and 108 octane gas.  On a NOTE:  the T-28 was dropping boost after every gear.  End gear boost ended up between 17-18 psi.  I ended up sending the turbo back to Majestic for a rebuild.
The motor is on the way home and should arrive soon.
