Naruto is the main character (naw really?) and has an outgoing and childish personality, is always helping people, oh! And he has a fox demon sealed inside of him.
When Naruto was first born (yoko) Kyuubi was attacking the village, to save everyone the Forth Hokage gave his life to seal the demon in Naruto. The forth meant for Naruto to be a hero but most everyone hated him (until he proved himself) thinking he was the fox.
Naruto's favorite food is Ramen and can almost always be found eating it. He is put into team 7 along with Sasuke and Sakura, their teacher is Kakashi. Iruka was his academy teacher and the first person to truly accept Naruto, he gave him the strength to go on even with people still hating him. After the chunin exam Jiraiya (Super-perv) becomes his teacher. *I have left many key events out in order to shorten and just give the basics
