Where the bright sun shines,

Where a calm river glides,

And where the cool block of ice slides

There only will I go!

Where the conscience has its own idols,

Where a sphere of joy forever whirls.

And where the milky current of water falls,

There only will I go!

Where nature displays its diverse feathers,

Where the whole animal world gathers,

And where the atmosphere changes its weathers,

There only will I go!

Where the city murmur is far away,

Where the life is free from dismay,

And where there are thorns on the way,

There only will I go!

Where the eerie echo is heard,

Where everyone keeps his word,

And where Peace reigns under the banner of God,

There only will I go!

Where the blue lake reflects the sky,

Where the sad hungry hearts sigh,

And where the cliffs and the caves never die

There only will I go!
