1. Understand that anyone using this Caprine Contact Hotline List is doing so on the understanding that
none of the contact volunteers are licensed veterinarians (unless otherwise stated) and
are giving advice to help you and your animals with the experience they have had.
2. The Caprine Crisis Hotline is in no way meant to replace a veterinarian, it is provided in the case that one may not be located in an emergency situation.
3. Caprine Crisis Hotline nor the Contact volunteers may be held responsible for any outcome of the seekers animals whether or not it was due to the advice given or not.
4. All parties involved understand that the advice given is not a legal medical substitute for any advice given by a licensed veterinarian, but that of personal experience and given in the best of the volunteer's knowledge to be what they would do in the same instance.
5. All volunteer Contacts will give the best advice they are capable of giving with the best interest in the caller's animals in mind.
6. If a Caprine Crisis Hotline Contact is given a situation they have no experience with, it is their responsibility to offer the caller to contact another volunteer or refer them to a veterinarian.
7. This is a free service provided by all of the parties involved in the Caprine Crisis Hotline.
8. No money or gifts are exchanged for any services provided.
9. No liability or damages may be claimed against either Caprine Crisis Hotline, goatlady,Goatladys Goats, Angelgoats, or a Caprine Crisis Hotline Contact as a result of the outcome of assistance provided to a Caprine Crisis Hotline Requester by a Caprine Crisis Hotline Contact.
10.It is understood that in the case of a Caprine Contact Hotline Contact giving intentional negative response to a caller will be immediately removed from the Caprine Crisis Hotline Contact List, and any such action should be reported to Caprine Crisis Hotline immediately.
11. All feedback from either Caprine Crisis Hotline Contacts or emergency callers is welcomed and appreciated.
