This is exactly as I found this baby.. not surgically cut but definitely with a knife-from what the Sheriff could surmise ..the pup was still alive and drowned first when it was cut in half..no inards were left in like a cleaned out chicken and wetted with plain water on a dry night- He was absolutely sure it was not chewed apart and after seeing the layout of my place was also sure it was not the doings of any satanic group or group of kids as my place was not visible from the road-my house was facing the back away from the road and all my living was done between the house and the hill behind me- He was saddened that we could not absolutley prove the neighbor did it although in his words.. "As sure as we are standing here tonight I know he did it".. This came only days after he lost the year long court battle to have me get rid of my goats.
What a horrid human being he is...
Oh and by the way...the neighbor's name? Darryl DeShurley who now resides somewhere else in Arizona I think.
