I know that I'm a lazy girl who doesn't update enough.  I freely admit to my laziness, in fact I embrace it.  So what have I been doing anyways.  Sadly, not much notable.  When you sit aaround jobless, you develop a rountine that somehow manages to fill the day.  Reading, sleeping, listening to music, grooming the cats and considering saving the immmense amounts of fur and weaving them into a sweater.

The job search continues, with very little sucess so far.  I like working for the government, because among other things the pay is good, however the government takes the longest time respondig to any job applications since the system is centralized.  The job that I really want is a marshal's adie at the Supreme Court, or a desk attendent at the Libary of Congress.  Yes, I realize that a book geek like myself working at the biggest libary out there would be the heights of geektitude.  I enjoy my geektitude though, it's fun.

I'm taking two classes at PayUp college, International Relations and U.S. History since 1865.  One person in my history class is such an idiot.  She asked and quite seriously who/waht the Confederates and the Union were.  And you must realize that this during a lecture no the Civil War and reconstruction.  Now I can understand how an immgranant wouldn't know the basics of American history, but if she had done the reading (or even bought the book) te answer to that question would have been very clear.  See now if ever went into teaching, I would kick somebody out for asking a stupid question like that.  An aqquantance who plans on teaching high school math argrees with me on kicking out the idiot who didn't even act like she had done the assinged reading.

I really don't have that much to say, unless I talk about my recent trip to a bookstore and bulking up my bookcases.  Think that maybe I'll go paint now.  Bye.
Lincoln?  Who's that?
