It's been a long long day.  I have early classes 3 days of the week, unforunatly Monday is one of those days.  So at this point I've been up and for the most part busy since 7:30 a.m., yet I'm not very tired.

First thing this morning, I looked in the mirror and screamed. I'm not a morning person on the best of days, and today was not the best of days.  My hair had acheived a pompadour of the level not seen since Regan left office.  Added to general fatuige and puffiness, I was not a hot girl this morning. Blindly, I put on a baseball cap and prayed that my hair wouldn't somehow escape.  Then I realized (after a 20 minute search for my books) that I needed caffine, and food might be nice too.  I went to school snack bar, only to discover that the soda was all flat (not this stopped me from drinking it), and the TV was broadcasting flash flood warnings, lovely, just lovely.

My classes went fine, I don't appear to be on the verge of failure in anything and that's a good thing.  However, I would have been just as happy if I could have spent all day sleeping, but that's just a general rule about life.

Last night, the loudspeakers here at Victory Mansions had annoced mandatory meetings for the whole buliding at 7 and 8 o'clock respectivly.  So I cooked up some dinner and went to the meeting with Heather and one of her friends.  The meeting was about common damage, or more specifically the amount the buliding is being trashed.  Imagine if you will about 100 students crammed into a small room, being lectured about damage and having new rules imposed.  Not a pretty sight even without agitators.  Yes, agiators.  One girl decide to voice her opinon that freshmen were the ones responsible for all the damage.  About half the room were freshmen, and snotty grumpy ones at that.  I was expecting a fight to break out.  It didn't at least physically.  After Girl 1 voiced another unpopular opinion (which I think was very accurate) another girl (who was obviously a freshman) told her to "Shut the f--k up!".  Upon this the freshmen and partying upperclassmen burst into applause.  I think that Girl 1 stormed out, which is good because otherwise she was going to get her ass kicked after the meeting.

So far the best part of my day has grocery shopping.  I forgot to bring my own bags, so I had to tote everything in those horrible plastic bags.  Why do they only put one or two items in the bags anyways?  It's wasteful and makes them harder to carry.  By following me around (I had the cart), Heather discovered the wide varietes of sparkling ciders avilible in the health food section.  We have 3 different bottles of cider in the fridge right now.  I'm totally in love with the store that she went to instead of the one that I can useally walk to.  This store had actual selection and variety! There was a whole shelf of soy milk to choose from, and Chai Tea mix!  I'm a happy little one right now.  I think that someone looking in my cart would think I'm so much much of a health oriented person then I am.  Simply put, yeah for soy milk, grapes, and meat substitutes!  Wel, I'm a bit tired and my arm spasms are not getting any better, so thats all for today.
