Going Our Way?

"That was a narrow escape," the guide exhaled as he drove their newly rented ancient VW Bug off the rental car lot. Though the agent had not been particularly impressed with the tactics involved, she reluctantly forked over the keys of this little piece of lemon and allowed them to walk out before sounding the alarm. Fortunately, due to the orgy in the terminal, most of the security guards were either trying to end the unseemly behaviours of their countrymen or trying to get a piece of the action themselves, so all were detained and unable to answer the call as the bug sped into the British afternoon and away from danger.

"So now where are we going?" she demanded, disbelieving of the lengths to which her own brother would go to solve this mystery.

"Now, now, kitten, all in good time, all in good time. Right now we have to focus on getting to know each other," the guide cooed in her ear as he drove along.

"Tell me first and then we can play, my pet" she purred back, smiling.

"Alright, we're going to Usher's Pub in Trowbridge. I understand there are a few people in there who are in a similar predicament," the guide said, giving in easily to her suave words and forceful persuasion.

For the next half an hour, the conversation swayed, her being forceful and yet giving in after receiving the information she wanted, the guide being gentle and sweet, completely infatuated to say the least.

"Sis, can you roll down a window, it's hot back here," her brother whined, shattering the ambience which is so hard to draw into a bug in the first place.

Sighing deeply, she rolled down a window, necessitating yelling into the guides ear, as they were travelling at exorbitant rates of speed. Suddenly her brother spotted a hitchiker, and rather a pretty one at that.

"Please, Sis, I'll do anything you want just if we can please pick up that hitchiker," he whined again, feeling as if three really were a crowd.

"He really is a miserable git, isn't he?!" the guide demanded. "No way in hell are we picking up some psycho off the side of the road. After all we've been through already today..." He droned on and on seemingly.

Rolling her eyes, she suavely slipped a delicate hand to the guide's inner thigh, causing him to swerve off the road.

"Look out!" her brother yelled, horrified as the car nearly hit the hitchiker. She avoided danger solely by jumping into the open window with her sack full of things, from which, upon catching her breath, she extracted a dead fish...
