Master Creators of Anime

So I got to thinking (I don't do that much) who are the real stars of anime. And it came to me the Creators. The authors, illistrators, animators. We don't hear much about them in the U.S. So I decide to feature the best of the best and some of the more popular one's too. I figured if you enjoyed one of their works you might be into their style.
