Father and son liveing in two different worlds, yet on the same planet.
Son eyes wide open to the world, waiting for his father to show him the way.
Father lost in drugs, lost in the street.
He was going to teach his son to play ball, maybe even coach his son's team.
He was going to teach him right from wrong.
He was going to be the one his son went to when he needed advice.
When he looks at his father he doesn't see the man his father should be.
They share one view of eachother.
A blur.
The father sees his son behind the blur of drugs.
The son see's his father behind the blur of his tears.
The son broken hearted watching his father slowly kill himself.
The father broken hearted because he never got to teach his son how to play ball.
He never got to coach his team.
He never taught his son right from wrong.
He wasn't there to give his son advice.
Now he's dead, gone, no life in him.
Not the father, but the son.
From the same toxins his father put into himself.
He followed in the footsteps of his father and fell of the track of life.
