Wrestlemania XIV - March 29, 1998 in Boston, Massachusetts Tag Team battle royal won by LOD 2,000 Los Boriquas (Vega & Perez), Legion of Doom 2,000, The Truth Commission, Chainz & Bradshaw, The Quebecers, Mark Henry & D-Lo Brown, The Rock-N-Roll Express, Los Boriquas (Castillo & Estrada), Too Much, The Headbangers, Flash Funk & "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman, Faarooq & Kama, The Godwins, Disciples of Apocalypse, Bob Holly & Bart Gunn Taka Michinoku defeated Aguila by pinfall to retain the Lightweight Title Hunter Hearst Helmsley defeated Owen Hart by pinfall to retain the European Title Marc Mero & Sable defeated Goldust & Luna by pinfall Rocky Maivia defeated "The World's Most Dangerous Man" Ken Shamrock by DQ to retain the Intercontinental Title The Hardcore Legends defeated The New Age Outlaws in a dumpster match to win the WWF Tag Titles (a rematch was later ordered due to the match ending in the wrong dumpster) The Undertaker defeated Kane by pinfall "Stone Cold" Steve Austin defeated "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels by pinfall following the stone cold stunner to win the WWF Title (guest referee was Mike Tyson) My Predictions and Comments: Vince is really going all out to make this the best PPV ever by adding the Kane/UT match to the card. That match is going to be huge. Look for UT to get revenge by "sitting up" after Kane Tombstones him....The World Title Match is now the easiest match to predict in the history of wrestling. Ever since Tyson joined D-X I truely believe he will help Austin win, maybe tripping up HBK as he's going for the Sweet Chin Music giving Austin time to get up to hit Michaels with the Stunner...The IC Title match could go to Shamrock, especially if Faarooq helps him, which I would love to see.....The European Title belt will be HHH's since D-X is losing the World Title they aren't going to risk being 'gold-less', especially since they've stopped pushing Owen's revenge on HBK....CC/CJ are not going to win the tag titles. I repeat, are NOT going to win the tag titles. It would be disasterous and stupid. NAO make good champs and should use a little D-X help for the win.....TAKA might keep the LW belt cause he is their best lightweight and is a huge face, although he has had the belt ever since they made it up....Mero/Sable should beat Goldust/Luna and might even do it with a little help from Marlena since everyone has seemed to forgotten about her, it would be a nice touch, plus SHE IS DAMN-NEAR FINE!!!!....Bradshaw will finally get revenge against Windham although Dan Severn may kick his ass after the match...I'm not quite sure about the 15 team tag team thing, and I could care less!
