		The second Godzilla to appear, he was first sighted on Iwato Island while fighting the monster Anguirus. Even though his foe was defeated, Godzilla was eventually entombed within an iceberg. Years later the beast broke free from its confinment to terrorize the world. The most powerful monster on Earth, Godzilla is only overshadowed by King Ghidorah for individual power. Also awakened by atomic testing, this new Godzilla has destroyed numerous cities and defeated an endless array of enemies, both human and monster alike.
