Cyber Godzilla Height: 60 meters Weight: 30,000 tons Powers: Thermonuclear flames from jaws, proton missiles fired from shoulder cannons strapped to spines, agility, able to burrow, adaptive swimmer and the chest compartment can open up to deflect super sonic vibrations. History: Before being resurrected into a cyborg, Cyber Godzilla was once an organic life form, mutated by the hydrogen bomb. It migrated for thousands of miles before finally reaching New York City to lay its eggs. Sadly, the military intervened with the mutation's plans and eradicated its nest and murdered the creature acting only on instincts. One of its hatchlings survived and went on to become Godzalla, the guardian of the human race. But what of the mutation known as Godzilla? Its corpse was taken to a military hanger, where it would be studied by scientists. But when the Tachyon invaded the planet, they took over the hanger and genetically altered the monster's body. It was resurrected into a cyborg: Cyber Godzilla. By the command of the Tachyon, Cyber Godzilla awakened and attempted to stomp H.E.A.T. into the ground, until Godzalla arrived. But before a battle between the giants could occur, Cyber Godzilla faintly recognized his offspring-Godzalla-and attempted to sway his son's loyalties. With the assistance of the aliens, Godzalla betrayed the human race and joined his father. Cyber Godzilla was sent to Tokyo, Japan and with the assistance of the Tachyon forces, the city was leveled. But it wasn't long until it was called to Site Omega, to protect the Tachyon signals from The Giant Bat and H.E.A.T. It looked as if Cyber Godzilla would be victorious, until Godzalla showed up and instead of joining his father, Godzalla instinctively knew that his biological father died long ago and would no longer be a puppet. A battle between father and son occurred, but even Cyber Godzilla's advanced weaponry was no match for his son's awesome power. Cyber Godzilla was eventually vanquished. A sad death to a creature who never in a million years would really betray the only survivor of his legacy, but that creature died long ago-his son went on to defeat its cybernetic return and to defend the planet from future threats. Fighting Power: **** While the monster's resurrection tampered with its free will, it improved on its fighting capabilities. The Tachyon interference with its body mutated Cyber Godzilla's body and allowed it to develop a thermonuclear flame on par with his son's! But when Cyber Godzilla isn't using his thermonuclear flame, he's too busy unleashing a barrage of proton missiles, each possessing an explosive force capable of making anyone feel pain. Apparently, Cyber Godzilla can unleash an unlimited amount…just the sound of that does not bold well for those who are unlucky enough to go toe-to-toe with a former weakling, right? When Cyber Godzilla isn't unleashing his potent projectiles, you will be surprised to find out that he has kept the original attributes that he had when he was organic! This makes Cyber Godzilla a cunning, swift and dangerous foe. Foes with super sonic attacks will be met with a hostile defense and likely be subdued. Over all, Cyber Godzilla receives an average rating, even after attaining these new upgrades. Against a faster, stronger and smarter opponent, Cyber Godzilla would meet defeat, like the way he did at the claws of his son. A great improvement, though… |
