FRIENDS ...

    Sudheer Sahu ... He is one of the best friends i have ever had. Always a cutie pie, he is my childhood friend since my school days. Always an academically brilliant guy(he is currently pursuing his Phd from Duke's University, USA), this person was and is ready to help anyone whenever he can. Inke pyare nature ke karan ye hamesha se ladkiyon ke beech me kafi famous rahe hai .. but his heart is searching for someone special. US jane ke baad inhone life ke kafi anand le liye hai jaise ki....par mai aage kuchh nahi bolunga (aap log khud samajhdaar hai) :)

    Saurabh Shrivastava ... Another of my good friend of my school days, this guy was a total lukhha in those days. Padhai kam aur masti zada inka motto tha. But he always had a hidden talent which came to the fore when he cracked IIT. Delhi pahuchne ke baad ye vapas apni style me aa gaye. He was soon smitten by the love bug and is a settled person now. Aajkal ye kuchh cheezo ke leke kafi busy hai par hame to bas ek cheez ka intezaar hai.. iski shaadi ka ! He now works in HPCL.

    Abhishek Shukla ... Intelligent and dedicated ! This is all we should know about this person. IIT prepration ke time par ham dono delhi me ek saal saath rahe ek room me (don't think anything stupid). We spent a lot of time in gwalior playing cricket in Science College grounds and idling our time discussing girls and aunties. He graduated from IIT Roorkee, worked in Oracle for 2 years and very soon will join IIM Khozikode. He is a mamma's boy and going by his simple demeanour, don't expect any love bites from him.

    Hemant Bhadoria ... A smartie to the core. He was not with me in my school but we somehow got to know each other while i was in gwalior. I always found him very attractive and would have surely proposed to him if i were a girl. Ham dono ne iske ghar ke pichhe purane kile pe baithkar na jane kitni baatein ki. Fondly called "dadda" by us, he is after a girl since 6 years but has never got the courage to express his feelings(the girl lives in front of his house). Whoever is reading this, please pray for him.

    Vinit Mishra ... My soulmate in IIT. I got to know him when we were in 1st year and was quite impressed by his humour. Ham jaldi hi room mates bane aur tab se iski aadat si ho gayi hai. An emotionless and impulsive person, isko pyar se koi matlab nahi hai. He lives for the moment and enjoys doing what he likes, no matter how eccentric it may seem to people. Isne mujhe kafi problems me daala hai (isne mere parents ke saamne whisky lake rakh di thi) par dil ka bahut achha banda hai ye. He is now working in Baroda and we make it a point to meet (and have a peg) whenever we are in the same city.

    Shweta Goel ... A very dear friend and.. ! A beautiful girl . It's almost 5 years now that we know each other but i am still in the process of knowing her. Ours has been an on-off friendship with periods of lull and then sudden activity. Her voice is very different from other girls and has a captivating effect on you. She wants to be independent but is homely too(she knows to cook a variety of food). She now works in Delhi and is also pursuing her studies.

    Kamini Singhal... A gorgeous girl! I don't know what to write about her. I don't know what to call her... a friend, a relative or something more. I have known her for sometime now and i connect to her. She has that lovely smile which can melt a stone. She has been my pillar of strength for several years now and i have always found solace in her advice whenever I am in trouble or am feeling low. She is studying MD now and i am waiting to become an uncle! :)

    Padam Jain ... A girls delight. He is a cutie whom any girl would like to take to her parents. I got to know him when we came into the same wing in 2nd year in IIT and since then he has been my partner in all my undercover activities. He has a knack of spotting girls, and can spot a lovely lass when no other person can see her. A hard worker and an enthu lukkha, he is always involved in a lot of activities and is ever too ready for a booze session. He likes to roam and travel a lot and meet new people, out of which 90% are girls(bhagwan bhi deta hai to chhapppar faad ke deta hai). He is currently doing his PhD from USA.

    Jyotsna Singhal ... A sweet girl. She has a special place in my heart and will always be there. We spent some wonderful time together when i was in Delhi. She is pursuing her education right now.

    Rekha ... Gem of a lady ! It's been some time since i know her but she is one person i respect a lot. A very mature person, she has a childish streak in her which amuses me each time i meet her. Her bubbly and joyful nature will endear her to you even before you start to comprehend what's going on. We spent some memorable time during IIT days and I still wonder how she used to handle our entire wing of boys alone :). May God bless her and she be always happy in whatever she does..

    Shalabh Maroo ... another child ! He is 21 but talks like a 17 year old. He is an intelligent guy and loves beer. Beer inki weakness hai .."beer ke liye sala kuchh bhi karega". This rourkela niwasi loves movies and songs and can often be seen downloading them. He is soo thin that you have to touch him to see if he has all the body parts or not. It is famous that a girl from his hometown once proposed to him and when he refused threatened him with suicide. But he is a seedha ladka and keeps distance from girls. He is doing his Phd from University of Florida right now.

    Chandan Deepnath ... Cassanova ! He had girls drooling over him when he was in IIT. He was my wingmate and one year senior to me but was the person i missed most when he went to take up a job. A true person, steadfast friend and a loving guy. He was a God when it came to studies and was always in the toppers of his department even when he never studied. He beleived in enjoying life to the fullest and was always upto something. I fondly remember the last days of his stay in IIT when we used to go to the gym together. Miss you chandan..

    Alpi Arora ... My first crush! It was in 9th standard that i got to know her and instantly fell for her. But soon i realised that there was nothing more than friendship between us. Now a good friend of mine, we talk whenever i go to gwalior. An ambitious girl, she is busy with her MBA but still retains that childish laugh of hers.

    Nirlipta ... too lovely!! She was my senior in IIT. I got to know her by chance towards the end of her stay in IIT while i was searching for movies in the girls hostel. But once we got to know each other, i related to her. There was an innocent charm in her that drew me towards her. She was already married by that time and i found a sort of satisfaction in helping her out and soothing her nerves when she missed her husband or was too overburdened with her studies. She is now in USA and leading a settled happy life.

    Poonam Shakya ... A crazy girl! My first meeting with her was in a movie theatre where she came with karishma to watch a movie. We are friends since then. A chirpy girl, she speaks a lot. Never hesitant to express her feelings, she often takes panga with a lot of people. But she is true and honest and that's what i like about her. She has finished MBA and will join ICICI bank soon.

    Subhrajit... A maniac! that's what he is. He is a person who will love you a lot (but he loves only boys). I am somehow one of his favourites when it comes to manly love. I don't remember a single day when he hasn't kissed me right in the morning. And he doesn't stop at kissing. Right through the lectures he is after you. But that's the way he is. A friend who will help you when you need him (of course in return for some kisses). For the sake of a poor girl's marriage (and sexual life), please don't let him marry a girl. By the way..he is another of my very good friends who has completed MBA from IIM Lucknow and will be an investment banker soon.

    Abhinav Thakur... ekdam mast banda hai ye! He is the coolest guy i have met. Life me kabhi bhi kisi cheez ki koi tension nahi. His sense of humour is very unique. You will get addicted to him if you spend some time with him. He will make you laugh at every oppurtunity he gets. The most interesting part is that he was the first person within my close friends in IIT to crack a job and that too a Tech job(ha ha..isko Tech me kuchh nahi aata). He is a stud when it comes to English speaking (and farting). He worked in Tata Motors at Pune for an year and is now studying at IIM Bangalore.

    Vishal Arora ... Varora for short, this guy is a real stud. A very cool fellow, he helped quite a few bacthmates (me and Ghadei included) to pass exams. Still remember the CAS exam when he told us answers :) to write. He has just completed MBA from IIM Calcutta and will join an investment bank in Delhi soon. Sure to go way ahead in life..

    Manish Tripathi... A real baby boy! Straight from the heart fellow and an emotional person. Got to know him very closely (in every sense that you can imagine) in Dubai where we lived together for an year. A very sincere and nice chap.

    Aakash Goyal... Don! Thats what we call him. But at heart he is just the opposite. One of my loved juniors at IIT. I call him teddy bear. A person whith very good interpersonnel skills, he can charma every person whom he meets. Its just that he hasn't tried his charm on girls.

    Sonal Jain ... She will be one of my future bacthmates in MDI. Its a very short time since we have known each other but I know ours is going to be a long lasting friendship.

    Shubha Mittal ... 'It just takes a second to love somebody'. The saying has proved itself right in our relationship. Unknown to each other till a few months back, I am very fond of her now. A very lovely and hard-working girl, she works in Delhi. I feel a deep emotional bond with her, something which I have never felt before. We both intend to be soulmates for ever.
