DragonBalls

Basically, in DB and DBZ, there are 2 sets of Dragonballs which the veiwer is aware of. Kami, the good half of Piccolo, originally created Earth's Dragonballs. Kami chose the form of a Dragon (good choice for Dragonballs), to grant a wish to anyone lucky or skillful enough to gather all seven at one time. The other set of Dragonballs existed on Namek, and Guru created them. The Dragonballs on Namek were the first set to exist. Guru created the dragon that granted the wishes, Porunga a.k.a Super Shenron, after an image he saw in a dream. Porunga is five times the size of Shenron and is capable of some heavy duty with granting. But we'll get to that later. The ultaimate Dark Star Dragonballs were technicaly the second set of Dragonballs made; they were created by Piccolo before he split into a good and evil half. And the following traditional anime laws, something made by a full entity is far more powerful than something created by an half entity. Their existance is only discovered in DBGT. They are extremely powerful with granters, though their limits are never exactly tested, what they grant cannot be undone by other sets of Dragonballs, and they carry a hefty evil side effect, (probably a resault of the evil side of Piccolo). After a wish has been granted, the Dragonballs scatter across the universe, and if their not gathered within one year, the planet they were last granted a wish on will explode. You too can catch your own Dragonballs....... also known as Dragon eyes or Dragon Pearls, Dragonballs are a transuculant fruit with a seed in the middle that is visible on the outside, (instead of stars). The fruit resembles an eye, and thusly, its a Dragon Pearl. (hehe)

Earth's DragonBalls (Before Dende's Upgrade)
1. All seven Dragonballs must be gathered in one spot.
2. The words "Come out shenron!" must be uttered for the Dragon to appear.
3. Only one wish can be granted at a time, however, multiple people can be resurrected with just one wish.
4. The wish cannot exeed Kami's physical power.
5. The wish cannot exeed King Yama's power of jurisdiction. In other words, someone who dies of natural causes, or who has been dead for over one year cannot be revived.
6. No one can be resurected more than once.
7. After the wish has been granted, the Dragonballs will turn to stone and scatter across the Earth.
8.One year after a wish has been granted, the Dragonballs will become active again, and another wish may be granted.
9. If Shenron is killed he can be resurrected. The statue within Kami's shrine that is a symbol of his life must be rebuilt.
10. If the creator of the Dragonballs (Kami) dies, without an heir, the balls will become useless.

Namekian DragonBalls
1. All seven balls must be gathered in one place.
2. The Namekian words "Takkaraputo Popporunga Pupirittobaro" must be said to summon Porunga.
3. Three wishes can be granted at one time.
4. A person can be wished back more than one time. However, a wish must be spent on each individual brought back.
5. After the wish has been granted, the Dragonballs will turn to stone. Although never specified if the Dragonballs scatter randomly after a wish is granted, reguardless of whether they do or not, they are usually held by the elders of each village on the planet.
6. 130 days after all three wishes are made, the Dragonballs will become active and three more wishes can be granted.
7. It is assumued that the wish cannot exeed Guru's physical power.
8. If Guru dies without an heir, the Dragonballs become useless.
9. *After Muuri's power up multiple people can be wished back at one time.

Dende's Upgraded Earth DragonBalls
1. All seven Dragonballs must be gathered in one spot.
2. The words "Come out Shenron!" must be uttered for the Dragon to appear.
3. Three wishes can be granted at one time.
4. The wish cannot exeed Dende's physical power.
5. One wish can be granted at a time; however multiple people can be resurrected with just one wish.
6. A person can be revived multiple times.
7. Although never specified if someone can be wished back once if they've been dead for over one year, it is possible. However, no one can be wished back if they died of natural causes.
8. After the wish hs been granted, the Dragonballs will turn to stone and scatter across the Earth.
9. One year after a wish has been granted, the Dragonballs will become active again, and another wish may be granted. However, if only one wish is made, the waiting period is 4 months, if two are made, the waiting period is 8 months.
10. If Shenron is killed he can be resurrected. The statue in Dende's shrine is a symbol of that his life must be rebuilt.
11. If the creator of the Dragonballs dies, or disapears, without an heir, the balls become useless.

Ultimate Black Star Dragonballs
1. All seven balls must be gathered in one place.
2. The words "Come Out Shenron!" must be uttered for the Dragon to appear.
3. One wish can be granted at a time.
4. The exact amount of power these Dragonballs posess is unknown. However, they are extremely powerful. Other Dragonballs cannot undo wishes that they grant, and they may be able to grant wishes beyond the power of King Yama and Kami.
5. It is not known if someone can be ressurected twice, but it seem likely that it is possible.
6. After a wish has been granted, the Dragonballs will scatter across the universe.
7. One year after the wish has been granted, the Dragonballs must be gathered and kept together. Otherwise the planet where they were last used to grant a wish on will explode.
8. If the creator of the Dragonballs dies, without an heir, the Dragonballs become useless.
