4
A jet recognizes something coming, and finds out
that Tao-Pie-Pie isn't heading towards RR.
At the Kame House, everyone is panicing. Buruma calls thte capsule corp, and has
Yamucha put on the line. She tells im that Gokou is fighting RR, and Yamucha
tells them that he and Puar will be there soon.
The jet's camera has a picture of Gokou in the RR HQ, and Black Shogun and Red
Sousi both agree that Gokou is too strong to face. Gokou trashes most of the
planes, and he enters Sector 8.
Yamucha, Oolong, Puar, Buruma, Lunch, and Kulilin board Yamucha's cruiser and
they head for the RR HQ.(The radar show them where the balls are) Red and Black
are in the treasure room with the 2 balls, and Gokou busts through the foloornad
ruins their trap.(If he had taken the elevator he would have exploded with a
mine) Red shoots a rocket at Gokou, but this jutst makes him mad. Black and Red
run, leaving Gokou to trash all the reamining RR soldiers.
Red realizes the lost of his dream, and he says he will never be tall. Black is
stunned that Red didn't want world domination, and Black shoots Red Sousi in the
forehead. Then Gokou busts in, and Black says he's in charge here. He tells
Gokou that they can rule the world together, but Gokou's not interested. Black
is too scared to fight, so he uses a capsule to produce a combat droid, the
"Battle Jacket". In his rage to kill Gokou, he destroys most of the
building with rockets and thinks he's killed Gokou, who's really hiding on top
of the tower. Gokou starts to make fun of Black, so Black fires his biggest
missle. Gokou thinks it's another Hand Grenade, and kicks it into a mountain,
destroying it. Black gets ready to run away, but Gokou headbutts through the
jacket and Black dies as the robot explodes. Gokou gets the two balls, saying
only 1 remains.
Meanwhile, Yamucha and co. race to the RRHQ "Hold on Gokou, we'll save
you!"
Gokou is checking the radar for the next ball. His friends in the cruiser are
prepping for the "battle", and Oolong fakes a stomach ache. Thye see
someone coming, so they hide themselves and the flyer. Then, they recognize
Gokou and greet him. Yamucha says it's lucky they found him before the fighting
started, but Gokou says it's already over. Everyone is stupefied that a teenager
could down an entire empire. Gokou explains that he had been to the top of Karin
tower, and Roshi is shocked when Gokou says it only took him 3 days to get it.
Gokou tells Buruma that the Radar broke again, so tehy go back to the Kame House
to get the tools. Buruma can't seem to find anything wrong with the Radar, but
Gokou says that the last ball isn't showing up on it. Roshi tells them that if
they can find his sister, Uranai Baba, then she can look into her crystal ball
and tell them where the last ball is. He shows them the map, and Buruma and
Oolong refuse to go. So, Puar, Yamucha, Kulilin, and Gokou go off by themselves.
Roshi mumbles "I wonder if he's strong enough for THIS....."
They stop in a town ot replace Gokou's ripped clothes. (For some reason Groucho
Marx lives in this town) The one that the tailor reccfomends is too small, plus
they need a hole for Gokou's tail. He says it'll take an hour to finish, so
Gokou rides off on Kintoun to get Upa, since Gokou is going to wish Bora back.
Upa is introduced to everyone, and Kulilin comments on the "cute
girl." Gokou thought Upa was a guy and apologizes. Gokou changes, and then
they're off.
When they locate Baba's, the ghost at the door asks what they want and Gokou
gets Baba's name wrong. They watch as some other people go in, and there's some
screaming. Inside, Baba is an old woman sitting on a crystal ball, and Gokou
says she looks all wrinkly. Baba smacks him, and they ask a question of where
the last ball is. Baba says she'll answer it, but only for 10 million Zenni.
They're broke, so she makes them fight her 5 warriors. The rules are, it's
one-on-one combat and if you quit, you lose. Upa and Puar can't fight, so ti's 3
VS 2. Kulilin goes first.
Dracula-Man--
Dracula-man comes out, and he's super-fast. Since there are little black dots on
Kulilin's head (puncture marks) Yamucha gets Kulilin to start praying, and he
looks like a monk. Dracula-Man just laughs and kicks Kulilin out of the ring.
Baba wnats to know who will go next, and Yamucha asks if since Puar and Upa are
so weak, they can fight as one person. Baba agrees and the next match
begins.It's really not too much, and they win easily VS some ghosts.
The Invisible Man--
Yamucha goes next, and he can't see his opponent. Gokou wants to know what's
going on, and Kulilin explains that the opponent is invisible. Then, Kulilin
gets an idea and tells Gokou to go get Roshi and Buruma. Yamcuha is stalling,
and soon he is getting beat. He's about to quit, but then Gokou arrives with
Master Roshi and Buruma. Then, Kulilin pulls down Buruma's tank top, making
Roshi suffer a nosebleed(he's super-surprised) and blood splashes all over the
invible man, making him visible. Yamucha can now see him, and he uses his Wolf's
Fang Fist attack, beating the man.
The Mummy--
Buruma is extremely annoyed at Kulilin for, um.....exposing her, and Kulilin
said he did it to save Yamucha. Roshi is pleased with Kulilin, but Baba
interrupes and says there are still 3 fighters left. Baba and Roshi chat, but
Roshi can't get Baba to call it off. Yamucha says that was a good warm up and
he'll go again, so they lead him into another room and this fight is to the
death. Then, Murai-Kun the mummy appears. The fight starts, and Mirai-Kun shoves
Yamucha alot. Murai-Kun shoves Yamucha into a wall and tells him to surrender,
but Yamucha says no and does his Wolf's Fang Fist, while the others cheer him
on. Murai-Kun is pushed off, but then he teleports behind Yamucha, gives him a
hard shove, and Yamucha loses. Buruma is ticked that Yamucha lost, and Baba asks
who the next fighter will be. Gokou offers, and he dispells Mirai-Kun with one
punch. Baba angrily says for that, Gokou will have to fight the next two alone.
Gokou says that's OK, because he likes to fight. Roshi tells Baba that Gokou is
the one that singel-handedly downed the Red Ribbon base. Baba angrily calls out
Akku-Man.
Akku-Man--
Akku-Man says it's no fun fighting kids, and the devil laugths. They start, and
Akku-Man is surprised that Gokou can fly. Roshi tells Gokou (or shouts,
actually) that Akku-Man won 2 Tenkaichi Budokai tournametns before, but Gokou
says he can take him. Then, Akku-Man uses his secret weapon--a bit of evil in a
person's heart expnads and explodes. Baba orders Akku-Man to stop, but it's too
late. Akku-Man says "EXPLODE" and a light shines around Gokou. Gokou
asks what the light was, and Akku-Man finds out that Gokou has a pure heart.
Akku-Man is angry that his attack didn't work, and pulls out a pitchfork. Now
Gokou needs to get serious. It's really sad how bad Gokou beats up Akku-Man, and
now Gokou needs to face the final fighter.
Piccolo Diamao has decided to have
"Piccolo Daimao Day" where he will pick a number, and the matching
district will be obliterated. If anyone opposes him, he will destroy the world.
Piccolo picks the first number--23, where Buruma lives. She calls Tien and
orders him to use Mafuba, she'll bring him back later. Tien tells everyone that
Shenlong was killed by Piccolo Daimao, so no one can be brought back. Tien sees
Piccolo Diamao, and challenges the king. Piccolo comes down, and then Tien
notices that the Denshi Jar has a tear in it. Piccolo says he's bored, and he
spits out another egg. He names this new creature Drum. Tien is mad that Daimao
keeps putting the fight off, but they each outmatch each other. Daimao orders
Drum to rip out Tien's heart, but then Gokou shows up to save the day. Drum is
killed quickly. Tien is amazed that Gokou is so strong.
At the Kame House, the group is splitting up. Yamucha, Launch, and Buruma are to
attack Piccolo Diamao, and the rest are to pick up Roshi and Chaio-zu's bodies.
The Battle VS Piccolo Daimao--
Diamao decides to fight Gokou, but he says he will only spend 5 seconds with the
boy. Gokou blocks Piccolo Daimao's blows, and starts beating Daimao up. Piccolo
Diamao says that the 5 seconds are up, but now he will not leave without killing
the boy. Gokou gives Daimao a gut punch, and he flies into Piano, killing Piano.
Daimao is amazed that Gokou is this good, and Gokou wants Piccolo Daimao to
fight at full power. So, Piccolo Daimao powers up, and Piccolo Daimao almost
knocks Gokou out with a practice swing. Piccolo Daimao makes another attack and
Gokou falls into a crater. Tien gasps at Gokou's fate, and as they are talking,
a muffled voice says "Ka....Me...Ha.....Me......" Gokou jumps ot and
yells "NOW" and shows that the Kamehameha can be controlled by linear
movement. Gokou tells Daimao to get up, that wasn't even his full strength. They
continue fighting, and Tien cheers for Gokou. Piccolo gets an Eye Laser attack
at Gokou's knee, but Gokou says that was weak. So, Gokou beats on Piccolo Daimao
with his bo.
Yamucha tells the gang they will arrive in 10 minutes.
Buruma wonders if Tien is still alive, and where Gokou is.
Piccolo Daimao powers up, and knocks away Gokou's Nyogi-Bo. Piccolo Daimao then
proceeds to destroy the area. Then, in the sky, after the smoke clears, is Tien
holding Gokou. Gokou says he still has a chance, but no one believes this since
he has a numbed knee, and no bo. Daimao gets ready for another excplosion, but
Gokou attacks, and Daimao manages to exlode once more before he pukes. Gokou
finds himself laying in a pit, and he calls out for Kintoun. This baffles Daimao.
No human ever stood up to his power. Daimao grabs Tien by the head, and says
that if Gokou moves then Tien dies. Tien tells Gokou to attack anyway, and
Daimao starts to squeeze. Daimao throws rocks at Gokou, and the first takes out
his arm. Gokou promises to use the Dragonballs to make things right, but Daimao
tells him that Shenlong is dead. The next rock takes out Gokou's leg. He tosses
Tien away, and laughs about how it's all going to end. He leaps into the air and
yells "SHRIIE!!!" ("DIE") Gokou doesn't want to give up, and
uses his remaining arm to do a Cho Kamehameha. Piccolo Daimao can't believe a
human child beat him, and he spits out one more egg before he dies. Gokou has no
power left, and falls to the ground. He falls, and Tien misses catching him.
But, someone does. Gokou looks up. ("Yajirobee?")
Yajirobee is mad that he missed all the fun. Tien tells Yajirobee that he needs
to go to the Kame House and tell everyoen what happened, so Yajirobee carries
Gokou to his car. Then, Tien finds Gokou's bo, and decides to keep it for when
he sees him again. Then, Yamucha hops out from behind a rock, and asks where
Piccolo Daimao is. Tienshinhan tells the others what happened, and they drive to
the TV station to let everyoen know what happened. Back at the castle, a baby
Piccolo is vowing to kill all those people, saying "I hate peace".
At Karin Tower, Gokou is healed with a Senzu Bean. Gokou says it's not over with
Piccolo Daimao yet, and Yajirobee doesn't believe this. Gokou asks Karin if
Shenlong is really dead, and Karin replies yes. Karin replies that there is only
one person who can fix the Dragonballs, and that is Kami, the creator of them.
Karin goes on that Kami is very strong, adm can do anything. You need to be pure
of heart to see him though, so Yajirobee can't go. Gokou wants to know where
Kami lives, and Karin says he lives on an island on top of this tower. They
check outside, and Gokou can't see anything, plus it's too high for Kintoun to
fly. Karin tells Gokou to use his staff, but Gokou says he lost it when he was
fighting Piccolo Daimao. Gokou and Yajirobee go to check the site, but it's not
there. So, he flies to the Kame House, and bursts in yelling "Where's my
Nyogi-Bo?" Tien hands him the bo, and he says he's going to Kami's Palace
to ressurect the dead people.
Back at Karin Tower, Yajirobee is afraid that Gokou might blow it when he goes
to Kami's. Karin replies there won't be a problem. Gokou gets on the porch, and
he extends his staff and he's out of sight. Yajirobee states that Gokou is a
scary guy, and Karin is worried about what will happen when Gokou sees Kami.
Gokou flies through a hole and he reaches a floating area, with a shrine in the
middle. Gokou sees a black djinn in a turban, and he says "Hello, Mr. Kami."
The djinn replies that he's not Kami, but Mr. Popo, Kami's servant. Mr. Popo
says that Gokou has to beat him in a battle to be able to see Kami. The Test for
Kami--
Gokou tries to surprise Mr. Popo, but he ends up getting smacked in the face.
Mr. Popo asks if Gokou really beat Piccolo Daimao, and Gokou gets mad. But, Mr.
Popo is fast and beats Gokou. He kicks Gokou off the edge, and Gokou is forced
to use his Chouseii power, and he misses. Mr. Popo says Gokou is a weakling and
should return to earth. Gokou is too determined, and says he will do anything to
see Kami. Mr. Popo decides to train Gokou. After running for a while, Gokou gets
a headache. Gokou's doing it wrong, so the altitude is hurting. Popo says his
heart must be empty, and Gokou tries to be like Mr. Popo. Mr. Popo demonstates
by going as fast as lightning. Gokou tries, but he can't see Mr. Popo move. Mr.
Popo states that Gokou should be able to beat Mr. Popo soon, but he doesn't know
how many years it will take. Gokou is depressed, but then a voice says that
Gokou can enter the palace. He thanks the voice, and out of the door steps
Piccolo Daimao. Gokou attacks, but Mr. Popo catches him and says that this isn't
Piccolo Damiao, it's Kami. He says that Kami and Piccolo Daimao are the same
person. Some years back, the previous Kami died, and Piccolo Daimao had wanted
to become ruler. He was too evil, so he split, and the good half and evil half
went their seperate ways. Kami then beat a person named Garlic to the throne,
and Garlic was sealed in a eternal death zone, for that is what happens to the
losers.( For more info, check my Namek Story.) Kami said that somehow he could
create the Dragonballs, that somewhere his heritage (which he doesn't know until
DBZ) touched him to create these balls. So, to ressurect Shenlong, Kami builds a
statue of the eternal dragon. They stand back, and Kami activates Shenlong. The
dragon appears at the top of the Kame House, and Buruma tells the dragon to
bring back all the people who were killed by Piccolo Daimao. Gokou can't leave
to see everyone, since he needs to train at Kami's palace for 3 years in prep
for the next Tenkaichi Budokai. Mr. Popo explains that Gokou must beat Piccolo
in the next Tenkaichi Budokai tournament. The drawback is, that Kami will die
too, since they are the same person. But, that can't be helped.
At the Kame House, Shenlong tells the group that the next time they will see
Gokou is the next Tenkaichi Budokai tournament. The next stuff shows the team
training for the big tournament.
The 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai--
3 years have now passed.
Launch is complaining how everyone is late for the tournament, and then Buruma
arrives in a taxi. Apparently, Buruma had had another fight with Yamucha, and
Yamucha had disspeared. Then, a strange voice calls out to Master Roshi, but no
one recognizes this man. He asks where Kulilin, Tienshinhan, and Yamucha are,
and then he takes off his turban to reveal Gokou, a very tall Gokou!! Kulilin,
Yamucha, Chaio-zu, and Tienshinhan show up, and they cannot believe how much
Gokou has changed. They step inside the ring, and they go to get their gis on.
Master Roshi isn't fighting this year. Then, Yamucha notices that Gokou lost his
tail, and Gokou says it fell off one day. This bothers the fighters, since they
were probably counting on grabbing it. Then, Piccolo enters the arena. Everyone
is scared, and he disspears into a crowd. They get into the arena, and a woman
taps Gokou on the shoulder. Gokou asks who she is, and she calls him an idiot
and walks off. Yamucha and Kulilin want to know who the cute chick is, and they
say Gokou has all the luck. The announcer welcomes everybody, and says that
there are 72 fighters entered in the tournament this time.
Gokou VS Chapa Ou--
Chapa Ou is looking forward to the rematch, and he can't track Gokou. Gokou
plays around, and then eventually knocks Chapa out with a tap at the back of his
neck.
Tienshinhan, Yamucha, and Kulilin win all their matches. Chaio-zu, though,
blacks out and loses. Tien looks at the last person he's ever expect to see beat
Chaio-zu or appear here---Tao-Pie-Pie. Gokou tells everyone that Tao-Pie-Pie is
an assasin, the younger brother of Tsurusennin. Tao says he has come back as a
Cyborg, and he is super strong. Now there are just easy matches through the
tournament. Then, it is a nerd (Shen) VS a fat man. Theyfight, and then the fat
man reveals himself as Yajirobee. He curses and goes over to the snack bar.
The line-up is:
Tao-Pie-Pie VS Tienshinhan
Gokou VS A Mysterious Girl
Piccolo VS Kulilin
Shen VS Yamucha
Master Roshi is surprised, for he thought that Gokou had defeated Tao. Tien
tells the group that he is back as a cyborg. Yamucha is afraid for Tien, but
Gokou says he'll be OK. Then, Tsurusennin shows up, threatens them, and leaves.
Kulilin is doubting Tien's chances VS Tao-Pie-Pie, but Gokou replies that Tien
is real good. Gokou then tells Tien about the Senzu Beans, and offers some.
Then, Kulilin tells Gokou that he, Tien, Yamucha, and Chaio-zu have all climbed
up Karin Tower. Kulilin yells at Yajirobee for only coming to watch, and
Yajirobee rages about losing in one of the elimination matches. The announcer
welcomes everyone to the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai, and Tien and Tao-Pie-Pie go at
it.
Tienshinhan VS Tao-Pie-Pie--
Tien easily evades Tao's first attack, and Tien says he is stronger and faster
than Tao. Tao and Tien fight some more, and then Tao detaches his hand to reveal
an extended blade. The announcer disqualifies Tao for using a weapon, but the
assasin yells that he's not going to play fair while fighting the "cyclops".(Tien
yells that he's a Triclops) Tsurusennin yells to kill Tien, and Tien tells
everyone to stay back. Tao then detaches his other arm, and reveals a cannon
with the Super Dodonpa attack. Tsurusennin then watches in valor as Tao fires
it----but Tien blocks it with a kick. Tao and Tsurusennin are baffled, and Tien
knocks Tao-Pie-Pie out. Tien carries Tao's body over to Tsurusennin, and tells
him to stop bothering him and his friends.
Gokou VS Kikou(Desire)--
Gokou can't figure out why this "desire" girl is angry at him, and he
thinks she's mistaken him for someone else. Gokou asks who she is, and she kicks
him and says "That was for breaking your promise". Gokou doesn't
remeber any promise, and Master Roshi recognizes that girl's attack from his
own. The girl tells him "To be your bride". Gokou doesn't know what
bride means, and Kulilin yells to him that it means to get married. Gokou asks
for her name, and she says she'll only tell it to him if he wins. Oolong then
remebers, and says that Yamucha, Buruma, Roshi, and Puar had all met her before.
Gokou doesn't want to attack a lady, so he blows from his lips and she flies out
of the ring. The girl crawls back into the ring, and tells him she is Chi-Chi,
daughter of the Ox King. Gokou remembers it, and thinks marraige is a food. He
says "OK, let's get married", and she latches on to his arm.
Kulilin VS Piccolo--
Piccolo blows off Kulilin's first attack, and then punts Kulilin out of the
ring. Piccolo laughs that it's over, but then Kulilin starts to levitate, like
Piccolo is doing. Piccolo tells him that this is it, he's going to kill him, and
he extends his arm across the mat and grabs Kulilin. Kulilin jumps out, and
fires a Kamehameha. Piccolo gets the blast in his face, and announces "Zanzo-ken",
and smacks Kulilin from behind while he leaves an image in front. Kulilin gets
up, but he can't carry on and he collapses.
Yamucha VS Shen--
Kulilin tells Yamucha that he's lucky for being paired with such a nerd, and
Yajirobee states that Shen is not what he seems. The fight starts, and Shen
trips and falls. Yamucha laughs, and punches Shen. The boy ducks, and hits
Yamucha in the stomach. Yamucha's friends are embarrased, and the announcer
makes fun of Yamucha. Shen then decides, under Yamucha;s command, to show his
true fighting power, and he grounds Yamucha. Yajirobee, in the audience, says
"SEE, he is good". Yamucha can't get a punch in, and Buruma is
annoyed, but Shen is fast and strong. Gokou is now figuring out who Shen really
is. Shen whispers that he's not human, and Gokou hears this. Yamucha fires
bunches of beams at Shen, but Shen dodges them all, and gets hit with one.
Yamucha gloats, but then gets KO'd by Shen's counter-attack. Gokou guesses that
Shen is really Kami in disguise, and Kami tells Gokou he's right.
Gokou VS Tienshinhan--
Kulilin and Yamucha can follow the attackers' movements, but Chi-Chi can't.
Gokou then uses Multi-Form, and laughs when Tien falls for his own trick.
They've both improved greatly in the past years, and the announcer thinks
they're evenly matched. Gokou loses Tien, but then sees him in the air and
almost gets knocked out of the ring, but he rebounds and gets back in. Gokou
then asks Tien if he can remove some clothing. Tien says OK, thinking the boy
must be hot. Gokou removes the clothing with a thud, and Tien realizes that with
the vest, wrist bands, and boots, Gokou was carrying about 220 pounds on
himself. They go at it again, and Tien doesn't think that Gokou's faster, until
he sees Gokou holding his belt. Then Tien mentions his supreme ability, 12 eyes.
Tien clones himself 12 times, and leaves Gokou falling. Gokou chases Tien
around, and then uses a Solar Flare. Without his 3 eyes, Tien is helpless, so
Gokou easily knocks all 12 Tiens out of the ring. Tein is angry at being
defeated, and Gokou didn't even need to use the Kamehameha.
Roshi tells Gokou it took him 50 years to
master the Kamehameha Wave, but Gokou picks it up right away.(He's stupefied,
but when Ox tells him he's the "son" of Gohan, Gokou's grandfather,
Roshi's not too surprised)
They eventually get the Dragonball, with the help of Buruma's radar, adn that
brings their total to 6.
They find themselves in Usagi-Dan, a town, for a small side story.(With Yamucha
following close behind) Oya-Oya, a big gangster-like rabbit, needs someone to
touch so that he can turn them into a carrot. He eventually gets Buruma, and has
his goons beat up Gokou.(he tells Gokou that if he moves he'll eat Buruma. He
also wants Dragonballs, he assumes they're valuable.) Yamucha is forced to help
the trio, (Oolong has run away) since he needs Buruma to collect the last
Dragonabll for him, then he'll steal it. Eventually they get the carrot turned
back, and Gokou uses his Nyogi-Bo to bounce the rabbits to the moon.
Meanwhile, at a castle close to the gang, a small blue-skinned dwarf and his two
sidekicks, 1)an anthropomorphic dog=Shao, 2)A lady skilled with
explosives=Mai-have got the last Dragonball. They have their own radar, and they
can see that the party coming toward thenm have 6, so they ambush our team and a
giant robot takes all the balls, all the Hoi Poi Capsules, but misses the #4
ball(Gokou's---he has it in his pocket)that Gokou claims holds the soul of his
grandfather. Pilaf then purposely allows the group to enter tyhe castle so that
he can trap them. HE does, and he comes in. He plans to use his own attack, the
"Etchie Attack" on Buruma. The trick is to simply blow a kiss at her,
and Buruma is expecting alot worse. Tehn SHao, by accident, turns on the Sleepy
Grass Gas, and everyone is affected. Shao, though, is still wake, adn grabs the
ball Gokou os carring, wakes up Pilarf and Mai, and they run outside and summon
the Eternal Dragon, Shenlong. Gokou quickly uses a Kamehameha on the prison
wall, and he allows Oolong and Puar to change into abts and escape. So, as Pilaf
is stuttering away,(he can't seem to remember what he was going to wish for)
Oolong reverts back, stomps on his head, and wishes for a pair of green
underwear!!(they fall down ands he wears them on his head--they're clean) Then
Shenlon dissapears, the Dragonballs fly off in seperate directions as stones,
and Pilaf is extremely angry. He traps Gokou and co.(including Yamucha and Puar,
who couldn't escape after Usagi-Dan) Pilaf imprisons the group in a cell that,
by noon, will fry them. So, it's night, and Gokou decides to tell his friends
about the legend of Were-Monkeys and how one had killed his grandfather. It had
happened one night, adn his grandfather was killed, but strangely he had slept
right through it. In morning, his grandfather's dying words were
"son....don't ever....look..at the ......moon..." (can you guess who
the monkey was??) The gang are all scared, thy think Gokou is the were-monkey.(Oozaru
is the prper term) So, as a joke, Gokou looks at the moon. Everyone is relieved
when nothing happens. Right Away. Gokou transforms into an horribly strong,
horribly giant ape who destroys the castle, and nearly kills people on both
sides. Yamucha then remembers tha tin the battle they had before, he ahd grabbed
Gokou's tail and it made him numb. So, Puar transforms to a really big pair of
scissors and cuts the tail off, just in time to save everyone. (It grows back
later)
Gokou reverts, and is worried tha the lost his tail, although he ahs a hard time
satying balanced. He finds his staff,(oh, adn Pilaf, Shao, and Mai had escaped
in a helicopter--don't worry, they'll be back again, then much, much later--in
Dragonball Grand Tour(GT). Hey, remember this---no one's gone in this series
unless they're dead for good.)
Buruma is angry that she didn't get her wish, but then realzes tha tshe has
Yamucha, so they take Puar and Oolong back wit them to the city.
Gokou is now alone with his Nyogi-Bo and Kintoun. He has 2 htings he wants to do
now--1)Train with Master Roshi 2)Recover his grandfather's Dragonball. HE
decides to head off to Roshi's first.
As Gokou arrives at Master Roshi's house with his stuff, he notices that Master
Roshi is inside watching an aerobics show. Gokou tells Roshi he ehas come to
request training, and Roshi says that Gokou must pass many tests to become a
master of martial arts.
Gokou's first test:Find Roshi a "babe"--
Roshi starts to teach Gokou about beautiful girls and ugly girls, (first he
brings a bodt builder, then a mermaid) but then after that another person shows
up. His name is Kulilin. HE requests Master Roshi's training also. Roshi won't
take him, but hten Kulilin bribes him with some swimsuit magazines. Now Roshi
asks he will only train them if they bring him a "babe".
So, Gokou starts out on Kintoun, and Kulilin has to hold on since he's so
perverted.
Below, in a canyon, an angry girl in a Motorcycle ia being chased by the police.
Suddenly, her hair tickles her nose and she sneezes. The pretty girl that she
turns into then calls for help. (This is Launch, and when she sneezes she turns
into hte evil, yellow-haired Lunch who ahd just robbod the bank) Kulilin decides
that Launch would make a great "babe" and he takes her back t the Kame
House.
At the island, Roshi notices that Lanch won't hit hi, ,and he tells her to
change into the "Roshi Uniform". To support the trick, Roshi, Gokou,
and Kulilin are also wearing the bathing suit when Launch comes back out. Then,
a fly comes buzzing around, and Launch sneezes into Lunch! She pelts the 3 men
with a machine gun, and then the training begins!
Gokou's second test:The Fast Dash
They have to dash around the small island in this test. Kulilin oges at 10
sseconds, Gokou's is 11 seconds, and with new shoes he gets 8 seconds, but Roshi
gets 5 seconds.
Gokou's third test:The Hidden "Turtle Rock"
The next test is that whoever finds the rock wiht "turtle" written on
it gets to eat supper. Kulilin cheats, and he wins.
Gokou's fourth test:Delivering milk
Later, Roshi makes the boys dropo milk bottles off at peoples' houses, and the
one house on top of a big hill they both land on is the home of a priest. He
tells them that the Tenhaichi Budokai tournament(to see who is the strongest) is
in several days.
For the next months, Gokou adn Kulilin are training their mind and body for the
Tenhahchi Budokai. Roshi tells them to push a large rock. Gokou moves, it, and
Roshi pulls out an even BIGGER rock to work on. When htey finally move it, Roshi
makes them wear 90 pound turtle shells on their back.
It's the final month, and Gokou and Kulilin are allowed to remove the shells.
They've become vey powerful ,and get dressed with the Kamesen'nin outfits and
head for the Arena.(Their uniforms say Kame)
The Battles:
Eliminination Matches--
This battle is Kulilin VS one of the bullies from his town. He beats them
without getting hit once, and happily gloats.
Gokou and Kulilin beat up all the weak contestants, until there is only 8 STRONG
survivors--Yamucha, (Gokou dosen't recognize Yamucha at first, since Buruma made
him cut his hair) who is there only to have fun, a shady old man named Jackie
Chun, (he dosen't say his motive)Bactarian, a very dirty ganster, Namu, a mystic
from India, Ranfawn, a mean street fighter, and Gilian, a wierdo in a rubber
monster suit.
Battle 1--Kulilin VS Bactarian--
They face off, but then Bactarian downs Kulilin with a nasty fart, and starts to
beat him badly. Then Kulilin works up an even WORSE fart, and eventually defeats
him.
Battle 2--Yamucha VS JAckie Chun--
This battle is SOOO stupid, Jackie Chun beats Yamucha with an uppercut.
Battle 3--Ranfawn VS Namu--
Namu wants to win the 500,000 Zenni cash prize to buy supplies for his village,
and beats Ranfawn with his urge to win.
Battle 4--Gokou VS Gilian-
Gilian uses a rubber ball to trap Gokou, and he goes in for the kill. Then Gokou
gets his tail free, and then his entire body. Then Gilian gets scared and
forfiets.
Now there is an interview with "the 2 kids". When asked how old he is,
Gokou says 17--he's 14, but he can't count. Then Jackie gets angry about not
being interviewed, and he does a rap(this is long, so look in EXTRAS for
it)Gokou also joins in.
Battle 5--Kulilin VS Jackie Chun-
Kulilin's getting pounded, but then Kulilin decides to use the "Pantie
Attack" (Yamucha now thinks Jackie is Roshi, since no Martial Arts Master
could be so perverted) adn Jackie is stunned by the flying underwear and i
knocked out, but uses a Kamehameha to propell back in.This makes everyone angry,
since only people trained by Master Roshi can use that, so this man must
obviously be some powerful force(Yamucha knows better) So, Jackie quickly uses
an attack and knicks out Kulilin. Yamucha then confronts Jackie, adn accuses him
of being Roshi. All they find out id that Chun is using perfume.
Battle 6--Gokou VS Namu-
Gokou uses a "Fake Image" attack(you move so fast it dosen't look like
you left your spot) and knocks Namu almost out. Gokou tries a Tornado Spin, but
Gokou gets so dizzy that he makes himself sick. Namu gets and idea, but is
knocked out of the ring eventually. Namu ios sad that he let his village down,
but then Chun gives him a Hoi Poi capsule that summons rain. Chun also tells
Namu that Jackie's Roshi. Roshi explains that to win you must do more than
fight. Gokou and Kulilin are inexpierienced but strong, so Roshi is there to
teach them how to win. To thank Roshi, and totally confuse Yamucha, Namu
impersonates Roshi in the crowd.
Battle 7--Gokou VS Jackie Chun-
To start off, Jackie(but I'll call him Roshi)goes all out on Gokou and gets in a
good kick. He thinks that he won, but Gokou uses his tail to bounce back into
the ring. Gokou wants to have a Kamehameha contest, but Roshi dosen't think
Gokou knows how to do one. They try, and Gokou wins. Then, Roshi completely
baffles Gokou when he uses a Multi-Form technique(you split into 3 forms with
your power level balanced--let's say it was 900, each would have 300 and can
make 3 attacks at a time)and bonkds Gokou. Gokou copies it, and almost destroys
Roshi's outfit!! Rosh ithen decides to use his "Drunken Style"
fighting on Gokou. Gokou recognizes this attack as one his grandfather had
learned, and asks Roshi how he knows it. Roshi is silent and continues hbis
attack, so Gokou decides to use his "Crazy Style" fighting, but gets
one of the moves wrong and it becomes "Mad Dog" style. Jackie is angry
when it works better than his "Drunken Style." Gokou then tries his
"Monkey Style"(He's just making stuff up) but then Jackie gets fed up
snd starts hypnotizing him. This makes Gokou fal asleep, and everyone thinks
he's going to lose. Suddenly, from the audience, Buruma yells "Gokou,
dinnertime!!!" the announcer tells him supper will be served when the
tournament is over, so now Gokou is even more determined to win. He uses his
Jan-Ken-Pon style again(you make the sound of the punch/kick you use) but Roshi
easily counters it. Gokou is convinced that Roshi knew his dead grandfather,
since he taught Gokou Jan-Ken-Pon. Roshi tells Gokou he's going to lose, but
then Gokou uses Jan-Ken-Pon again and punches Roshi in the nose.(He calls out
paper when making a rock attack) This makes Roshi furious. He gets ready for the
Destructo Disc, an attack that makes a perfect sever through whatever the target
is.(Note: iN DBZ, this becomes Kulilin's signature attack) Roshi tells Gokou he
better surrender(Roshi doesn't want to give up Master title) but Gokou won't.
Then, Gokou looks up out the skyroof, and he sees a Full Moon. Gokou transforms
into an Oozaru and the Disc misses him.(Roshi si startled, he hadn't heard about
Gokou's transformation stages) While the crowd runs away, Roshi tries a
Super-Charge Kamehameha. The blast knocks everyone back, and Gokou reverts back,
without his tail(it somehow grew back when he got angry when fighting) The
announcer starts the count, but Gokou wakes back up just in time before 3 and
jumps back into the ring(he's abck to full power now, fo whenever he transforms
he gains all his power back. Gokou says he will fight in the nude, but then
wears Kulilin's outfit. Gokou uses a Kamehameha, but Rosi jumps adn it misses.
He falls out of the rting, and is about to lose, but he grabs onto the wall. He
leaps back in, and they kick each other in the face. But, since Roshi' legs are
longer, Gokou flies out of the arena and loses. (AWWWW!)
