Rules

1. You can only train and fight once a day.
2. You can spar two times a day.
3. The amount of anything you do when train cant be over 999,999,999x999,999,999.
4. Yoou can only look for a db once a day unless you know instant transmission.
5. Can only learn one attack at a time.
6. Can only train with one master at a time.
7. If you are fighting someone for the dbs you have to be on the same planet but if you know instant transmissin it does'nt matter.
8. If you challage someone and they dont respond they die or they can give you of there money and then they can live. Or of they were away someplace and you challenged them and they didnt respond they don't die. If they don't have money you take a item that you want.
9. The person with hiher speed goes first on a fight or spar.
10. You can't fuse people.
11.When fighting a saga emeny you have to be on the same planet.
12. You can't fight a person that joined because they are still weak. You have a good reason to fight someone alot weaker then you.
13. You must act like your person in a fight, or anything.
14. You can charge an attack only twice an attack and you can only charge learn only ki attacks that you have learn. When you charge an attack the damage of it doubles.
15. No copying or pasting your trainings.
16. For any fight I must be in the chat room as a ref.
17. Of both people have the same speed in a spar or fight roll to see how goes first. You add both numbers. To roll you have to be in a chat room. To roll type //rol and what you rolled will come up.
18. To find a dragon balls you must write a short story saying hoe you get them.
