Voragern, resident artist of Foggyton, was a good friend of Forthenal Seawind's. Voragern knew of Forthenal's desire to run for political office at age 68 and backed his friend's decision completely. Voragern used to be the royal portrait artist in Golandor until he grew tired of painting "the snobbery" as he likes to call it. He now leads a quiet life painting landscapes in around the town of Foggyton and uses these pictures as gestures of good standing with his fellow townsmen. Occasionally, word will get out of his former employment and he will reluctantly agree to paint a portrait for a ship captain or wealthy merchant passing through Foggyton. He is a quiet man that stays to himself.
