"Hello again, dear sir/maam, you remember me? The reporter from the Golandor Tribune. I have just a few more questions to ask you. I know you're busy slaying dragons and other foul beasts, however this will take only a minute. Thank you again for your kindness. Shall we begin?"
1. Are you a leader? Would you like to be? What makes you so, or prevents it?
2. What are your feelings on violence?
3. Do you consider mental or physical prowess more important. Do you tend to solve problems with force or with subtlety?
4. You are plagued by a recurring nightmare or dream. Describe it.
5. What do you like to eat or drink? Dislike?
6. Is it better to be loved or to be feared? By family and friends? In general?
7. Do you need companionship, or are you a loner? Do you desire love/ a relationship? Are you romantic? Or lusty?
8. What is your opinion of the opposite gender?
9. Are you religious? Do you worship or pay tribute to any specific god?
Whom or what do you swear by? Curse by?
10. Do you consider manners important? Do you dislike foul language?
11. Do you consider good grooming important? If not, at least cleanliness?
12. Are you forgiving, or do you hold grudges?
13. Do you believe in luck? Do you consider yourself lucky or unlucky? Has the past shown one or the other to be mostly the case?
14. Are you an idealist or a pragmatist? If you are a pragmatist, do you simply call yourself "a realist?" Are you a cynic? Do you have a sense of humor?
15. How do you react to being insulted? Or to a simple challenge of your abilities?
16. Are you brave, or are you a coward? If you are cowardly, do you wish you were more courageous?
17. Are you a hard worker? Do you approach things systematically, or intuitively? Do you procrastinate?
18. Take a Devil's Advocate stand. What is there to dislike about you?
What bad habits do you have? What about serious flaws, moral or otherwise?
19. What was your first love affair like, if there was one? Your most memorable? Do you make commitments? Is your character a virgin? Remember, you are living in less enlightened times!
20. Have you ever killed a man? Prior to adventuring, at least? If so , how did that make you feel?
21. What were you like at the age of about 12 (or equivalent, for the long-lived races)? 14-15? What about as a young child? What were your parents like? How would they describe you now?
22. If you have a home at all, where do you live while not adventuring?
What is your own room like? What are its contents and decor? What kind of place would you like to live in?
23. Do you have political or territorial ambitions? Do you desire power?
Wealth? Respect?
24. On the whole are you more selfish, or more giving?
25. Are you emotionally stable?
26. Many people have little items that they hold very dear? Do you? What is it? How did you get it? What does it mean to you?
27. Are you materialistic?
28. Do you rest easily at night? Are you a light or heavy sleeper? What kind of dreams do you have?
29. What emotions can you express in public? Sorrow? Anger? Sadness?
Humor? Disappointment? Joy? Are you comfortable letting others know how you feel about them?
30. Do you consider beauty important? In people? In general? Does ugliness or disease frighten you.
31. Do you appreciate art? Do you like to read? For that matter, can you?
If you can't, do you want to be able to? Do you consider education or learning important?
32. If you could pose a question to a philosopher or magician of great eminence, what would it be? To a god? Is there something that you want above all else?
33. Are there any questions you would like to add? Is there anything else your character thinks is important?
