Posion Glands | Jason has poison glands and sacs on the inside of his cheeks. He is able to suck poison out into his mouth. The poison, at full effect, causes a burning rash. At a diminished affect, the rash causes various levels of itching. The sacs can hold up to five full usages and enough for one full use takes roughly six hours to replenish. One 'dose' is about one teaspoon in volume and is mostly colorless though with a slight brown-green hue. Partial 'doses' have diminishing effects. He can also spray the poison out in a mist. In this form it does nothing to skin but acts like tear gas. |
Corrosive Glands | Another gland and sac in his mouth creates a substans which is harmless to living creatures and organic materials and affects only metals and plastics, though higher metals such as titanium, vibranium, and adamantium aren't affected at all. It is extremely corrosive to these materials and burns small amounts (like a few chain links, knives, locks, small holes in metal doors big enough to reach through) into little more than sludge. He can store five uses in the sacs at a time and renews one usage every hour. |
Poison Immunity | His metabolism breaks down all ingested organic poisons into harmless (sometimes even nutritional) compounds. His skin likewise absorbs organic toxins without detrimental effect. Note that this only applies to organic poisons, other poisons like toxic waste and other industrial poisons have full effect. |
Enhanced Sight | He is able to see in light level far below what a normal human would be able to see. The simple glow of an indiglow watch light would be enough for him to see well enough to get by in an otherwise lightless environment. At night in the city, he can see as any normal human could in bright daylight. |
Grip Secretion | His skin can secrete two substances. The first substance solidifies upon exposure to air. This gives him the ability to hold a grip on something for an indefinate amount of time. The second substance reacts with the first to create a simple oily compound, dissolving the grip. This can only be used on his bare skin, otherwise he's just be bonding to his clothing. |
Sunlight | His skin is ultra-sensitive to the sun's direct rays. An instant's touch would cause a sunburn and prolonged exposure would proceed to burn and char his skin, which could get lethal fast. Even ambient sunlight is enough to be uncomfortable, even causing a sunburn after a few hours. |
Sensitive Eyes | His eyes are sensitive enough that daylight is far too bright, and even painful, and even at night in the city, the lights are too much for him. A night in the city or a room totally artificially lit, sunglasses are enough to dull the light to an acceptable level, but daylight and many rooms lit partially by sunlight would need a special apparatus covering bother the eyes entirely and regulating the light flow into them. He does not possess such a device. |
