| Once the two left the library Reysh shot a fireball at the portrait, burning it away. He slithered through the opening and Dak quickly let go of his tail. "When I saw these books, I knew that there was something about them" said Reysh as he grabbed a random book off of a shelf, he threw it into the air and started to breath fire on it. The book began to crumble and peel away; when he stopped there was a new book there. "Read this" said Reysh as he pushed the book to Dak. "It says "The power orbs of the dragons", but why is that so important?" asked Dak. "This book gave the other man the idea on how to rule the world through the orbs of the dragon. Now he's has six of the seven orbs needed, but he will never get the seventh one for that orb is a part of me. It's a part of Eymr and me for that's how I have such strong power" said Reysh. "So can he ever get the orb?" asked Dak. "He never can, for he can't kill me and Eymr at the exact same time. To get an orb like that you must slay the dragon that has it, but since I share Eymr's body the orb is also part of him. Now to keep him from getting any farther" said Reysh as he began to spit fire acid, fire acid is fire but in can catch and grow on anything and it eats it quickly. "We must go, he will soon that his books are burning,” said Reysh as he glowed black and went back to Eymr. "Eymr you'll never guess what just happened" said Dak. "I know what happened, Reysh made it so that I can hear and see what he sees,” replied Eymr. "Ok, wait,” said Dak as his eyes clouded over, when it past he continued. "I saw the quickest way out of here, just follow me" said Dak as he ran to a chard black bookshelf. He reared up and pulled out a book, the shelf moved to the left to reveille a large tunnel. The two quickly ran in to hear the shelf close behind them; they would have been in total darkness for just then Eymr's eyes began to glow. They caused him no pain and were bright enough to light the way, when he closed his eyes the glow left but when he opened them it came back. As they walked they saw that they were now in a cave, Dak still lead the way and they soon came to a lake. Dak flew up and saw that it covered the whole floor of the cavern, as he hovered he noticed a dark shape shift under the water. "Can you see a way to cross?" asked Eymr. "No, the lake covers it all. Then it looks like that there's something in the water,” answered Dak. Eymr began to notice a faint smell of something; he walked close to the water trying to smell. A rock rolled from under his foot, when it hit the water there was a hissing sound and the rock never touched the bottom. As the rock burned the smell became strong enough for Eymr to recognize it. "Dak, don't let the water touch you. Its mostly acid but has a bit of water to conceal its look and smell,” said Eymr as he backed away from the water. "I'll keep away, I just spotted the tunnel but it's underwater and now I'm certain that there is something there for I see it swimming towards you,” said Dak as a fin slipped out from under the water. The fin swam quickly to the edge of the water and stopped, it then rose up and turned out to be a machine. When it stopped rising a circle turned and opened at the top and a man came out. "I see that you need a ride, just climb up and hop in,” said the man as he disappeared into the machine. Eymr climbed up to the top and dropped into the circle and Dak quickly did the same. "You know there was a ladder that you could of used,” said the man as he walked to the front, Eymr noticed several rows of chairs so he and Dak chose a chair and sat down. The little man climbed to the top and closed the circle, he then moved to the front and began to press buttons and pull levers. Eymr felt the machine sink and watched out the window as water began to cover it. "If you don't mind my asking but what is this?" asked Eymr. "This is my secret machine called a submarine, nobody ever comes here so it has stayed a secret and those that I see here I give them a ride" answered the little man. The rest of the ride they rode in silence for the two were ecstatic about being under water. Soon the ride ended and they got out of the submarine, when they left the submarine sank into the water and disappeared. It took them the rest of the day to get out of the cave, when the walked out of the cave exit they stumbled upon a wide meadow. "Dak, doesn't something about this place seem too perfect?" asked Eymr. "Yes, but something about this place bugs me. Like I'm supposed to know where we are but I don't,” answered Dak. Eymr had a strange feeling not to touch the grass; he picked up a rock and threw it onto the meadow. When the rock landed it burst into flames and turned into ashes. Soon there was hard flapping sounds in the air above them, large dragons landed near the rock's ashes and quickly lapped them up like water. The largest of them roared and charged the two, Eymr quickly glowed black and changed into Reysh. The large dragon quickly skidded to a stop and bowed, Reysh looked and saw that fear was in the dragon's eyes. "I told you that the chosen one would come back from death and bring ashes with him" said a small dragon. "You small dragon that just spoke, come here,” said Reysh. The small dragon brightened and quickly ran to Reysh. "What is your request?" asked the small dragon. "Tell me about this chosen one of yours" answered Reysh. "Well the chosen one is the dragon that has died and returns here a thousands years later and brings ashes with him" said the small dragon. "Reysh, I think my family is here,” said Dak as he began to look through the crowd of dragons that began to form. "Is there any mated pair of fire and ice dragons?" asked Reysh. "Yes we have two pairs,” said the small dragon. "Very well, take the minidragon to both of them and do what he asks" said Reysh as the small dragon began to lead Dak away. Just then the crowd broke apart and a green dragon with gray on the tips of her scales walked toward Reysh. "I see that you are the chosen one, you must be tired from your journey. Please follow me,” said the dragon as she turned and began to walk away with Reysh following here. She stopped and looked at the crowd that started to follow, "Go back to what you were doing before the chosen one came" said the dragon as the crowd broke a part and left. The green dragon led him across the meadow and stopped at a cave decorated in carvings, she motioned for him to follow her into the cave. Once inside small rocks on the wall would light up as they past, they stopped in a room lined with gold. "I can see that you are not in your true form, please change into it now" said the green dragon and Reysh glowed black and changed into Eymr. But once he did the green became enrage so he quickly changed to Reysh to block her attacks. "I see that you never expected me to share a body with a Vip" said Reysh. "Why would you share a body with a mere Vip?" asked the green as she settled on a pile of gold. "That reason is to be kept by a orb dragon and an orb dragon alone" said Reysh. "An orb dragon did you say, I thought that they were wiped out. But I guess not for we are not slaves to the humans" said the green. Reysh had nothing to reply with so he stayed silent. "I can tell that you are the orb dragon of power, but what I can't see how you are alive when you should be dead. Then since you died and the humans don't have your orb of power where might it be?" asked the green "An orb dragon never reveals their secrets even if they are to be killed if they don't tell," said Reysh as the green began to show a light red in her face. "If you wont tell your secrets then I order you to leave these grounds" said the green, Reysh nodded and left the cave with a smirk on his scaly lips. Once outside he was meet up with Dak who looked very excited. "Reysh my parents are here" said Dak. "Do they want you to stay?" asked Reysh. "Yes, and I've decided to stay with them. If Eymr remembers that we would take our separate ways when one of our quests is completed. Please tell him that I enjoyed traveling with him,” said Dak as he launched into the air while two dragons, one a fire element and the other an ice element, hovered above them. Reysh sat down and closed his eyes; his mind flew to the place where Eymr waited to become himself. "I heard something about Dak, can you tell me what happened?" asked Eymr. "He found his parents and he has decided to stay with them, he also wants me to tell you that he enjoyed traveling with you" said Reysh as Eymr turned with tearful eyes, Reysh nodded and left to return to his body. He opened his eyes and stood up, he looked around and chose a direction to go in. He realized that there was still two quest to fulfill, Eymr's quest to find other Vip's and Reysh's quest. He began to walk in his random direction. |
