| It had been several weeks since Shinobi had become an air adult. "Arbu this time you must stay here" said Reysh to the star Oo. "But why?" asked Arbu. "Because the Shadow Dragon Empire requests it" said Reysh as he patted Arbu's head. "Fine, I'll be good and stay here" replied Arbu. Reysh nodded and looked at Shinobi, he nodded and they both leapt into the air. "This way" said Reysh as he speed away from the plain, but with the training that he had Shinobi do the night was able to keep up. A few days past and then finally reached the iceburg, Shinobi landed on the ice and was exhuasted. "Here drink this" said Reysh as he scooped some near by water up in his claws and held it in front of Shinobi. He grimanced before he drank the water, the water seemed to bring his energy back up. He stood up and flapped his wings. "Now where too?" asked the night. "Follow me" replied Reysh as he led the night into the iceburg and through the maze that it created, soon they entered the chamber of the Shadow Dragon Empire. "Oh Shadow Dragon Empire, I have brought you my completion of your quest" said Reysh as he bowed and walked into the center with Shinobi. Shadows slid from the walls and covered the statues and sank into them, they then began to move. "I see, and what a nice color he has" said the orb dragon of fire. "As we said, you no longer have any more quests to do" said the former orb dragon of power. "But there is something we would like to do for Shinobi" said the orb dragon of water. "What's that?" asked Shinobi. "We would like you to become an orb dragon" replied the orb dragon of earth. "Wait you said that there would be no more orb dragons" said Reysh as he glowed black. "Yes, but that was before we knew about the power that this one has" repiled the orb dragon of Earth. "What do you mean power?" asked Shinobi. "That we cannot tell you" replied the orb dragon of fire. "Ok, then I'll become an orb dragon" anounced Shinobi. Suddenly all the orb dragons except Reysh began to glow their orb element. "No wait" shouted Reysh but it was to late, they had all ready shot out their orb beams. The beams hit Shinobi sending him in the air, he then began to glow his night color. He snapped his wings and broke free of the glow and flew past a wall of ice without touching it. "Shinobi" shouted Reysh as he leapt through the ice wall and sighed as Reysh's statue held Shinobi. "Thanks Reysh" said Reysh as he grabbed Shinobi and set him on the ground. "I see that they made him into an orb dragon, an orb dragon of night I beleive" replied the first Reysh. "Yes" said the second Reysh. "I think the only way to keep his newfound power from overwelling him, is to train him" said the first Reysh. "I think you're right, and since there are two of us with basicly the same minds we can train him twice as fast" replied the second Reysh. "Yes, Get up Shinobi. It's time for you to train" said the first Reysh. "What, what do you mean train?" asked Shinobi. "He means that you must train your new power or it will overwelm you" answered the second Reysh. "Ok, but what do I do?" asked Shinobi. "Exactly what we say" answered the first Reysh. The two orb dragons of power then began to train the young night to use his new found power, at first it was bad but then Shinobi began to strengthen it up and use it correctly. While Shinobi trained the second Reysh trained himself to use telaportation, when Shinobi had finished his training he walked up to the second Reysh. "I'm ready to go back to the plain" said Shinobi. "Good, you've completed your training and we must get back for I heard that at the valley where I got you the academy is opening soon. So if you decide to go, you could become the head dragon there with all the training that you did" replied Reysh as he shot a black ball at a wall. The ball flatened and showed their plain, Shinobi smiled as he leapt through and arived at their home. Reysh quickly followed. "There you are, I wasn't sure if you were coming back" joked Arbu. "Oh we were" replied Shinobi as he scooped Arbu up and leapt into the air, Reysh then began to follow the night back to Silver Valley. |
