6th, 2001: If I have ever promised an update
you may call me now a bad liar...
The fact is that my job during the past months has been very demanding
- and my free time has gone into shooting new photos. The material we
have collected is impossible to be presented here because Geocities,
our free host, has put a limit to its visitors. Still our intention
is
to keep the Goldenheels free so we put no membership (which would help
the site's content anyway) and we do not move to other free porn hosts
with heavy advertisement and millions pop-ups!
Anyway, I managed to upload a few new pages that we hope you enjoy...
And don't forget to read the completed "My
Passion" page.

27th, 2001: A minor update is finally
done - on schedule. This is something to celebrate!!! Two of the galleries
are on a different site and retrieved from there. Hope it works so more
galleries will be put on. Yet I still don't know what to do with our
rest 80Mb web-ready photos... (over 3.2Gb uncompressed) Today I have
put up 70+ pictures in 6 galleries and My
Passion
page. I am waiting your comments on this!

8th, 2001: Yes, we know, we haven't done any updates for many
months but this does not mean we have quit interesting about our Goldenheels.
After all this is our international child! Well, here are our news.
We've got an Olympus E-10 digital camera. Thus we have over 300 photos
by now ready for upload in our disks plus more than another 500 for
finishing and every week new ones are added. Our little "secret"
is that we also have plenty of... "private" shots - you know
what I mean. So far we do not plan to let them loose but you never know.
Maybe we'll have to use them to solve our major problem at this point:
space.
The Goldenheels have used all their free space by now. So I'll have
to work hard to manage the site if we want to keep everything in one
place . There is always the option for a dedicated ISP host. But this
costs. And we do not intend to pay $120-200 a year for everybody's fun...
That's a bitter truth and if you want to blame us please do. Our thought
is to set a paysite or sell a CD with our "adult" material
to cover part of this amount We do not like it but just think how much
would we pay for hosting The Goldenheels for 10 or 20 years. Our second
option is to start spreading the Goldenheels galleries here and there.
I do not like this either. A suggestion to move the site to other free
hosting providers that offer more space is excluded because Geocities
have the best and faster services around. So here we are, in the middle
of our problems, looking for solutions.
Despite all that I have planned a minor update for the end of May.

October
1st, 2000: After a lot of trouble
with my 2 PC's at home (still one is not OK, unfortunately the one with
the video card...) I found some time to re-compress the photos and free
up some space for 4 more galleries. If you have been here before you
might have noticed that I changed the way in to the site.
This is good for some search engines
like Yahoo that pay attention to the main text of a page. Finally it
seems that Geocities provides the best free hosting around - only if
they could spare a little more space. Our other host, XOOM, was merged
by NBC to NBCi. I hope they upgrade their hosting services as well.
September
12th, 2000: The September update
is delayed, there is NO (web) SPACE available!!!
September
3rd, 2000: We have reached the 10,000 hits - and 10,000 problems
with our hosting...
Thank you anyway! The site has moved from XOOM to Geocities temporarily.
August
27th, 2000: After serious trouble with the XOOM hosting we try
our luck in pay ISP. A "descent" host is costing a yearly
amount that does not permit the existence of a free site for fun and
for long. But the XOOM services during the weekend are unacceptable...

24th, 2000: The specialized goldenheels.com
addressed mail is established.
Changes to the Adults
page and Minors
Definition page have been made.
Our Links
page starts to be completed. Thoughts are made about changing our XOOM
hosting...
August
20th, 2000: The Goldenheels counter shows
over 5.000 hits.
August 15th, 2000: Several minor changes and corrections are
made overall.
August 14th, 2000: The Goldenheels counter shows 2.000 hits.
This page is added.
August
13th, 2000: The goldenheels background is created, the one
you see behind this text.
August
12th, 2000: The new Goldenheels Site "officially"
opens after two months of hard work on planning, editing and intensive
program learning with 9 Galleries: three old from the Goldenheels
Forum
and six fresh ones. The way the pictures are presented (full screen,
black background, navigation buttons) requires the use of pre-formated
masks called "templates". This makes transporting the pictures
a more complicated and time consuming job. There are also pages About

I have worked enough those last two months and enjoyed the result.
