STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS: Click here to see a Sample Ticket

1. In the blank fields of the above E-Ticket, insert your full name (please include Mr./Ms).
2. Insert Departure City. Pick from 3 Canadian Airports:
   Hamilton (YHM), Ottawa (YOW) or Montréal, Dorval (YUL).
3. Pick Departure Date: use dd/mm/yyyy format
4. Click on menu to select number of Adults (Sorry no kids under 16 allowed).
   We are NOT a family-oriented airline!
5. Insert Destination City. Choose from 9 Mexican Resorts: Acapulco, Cancun, Cozumel, Huatulco, Ixtapa, Los Cabos, Manzanillo, Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta.
6. Pick Return Date: use dd/mm/yyyy format
7. Choose One-Way, Return Trip or Open Ended Return.
8. Select Departure and Return Times from menu.
9. Click on PRINT icon on your Browser Control Bar to PRINT E-TICKET
   Print E-Ticket BEFORE proceeding with Steps 10 to 13
10. Located below these Instructions, Select VISA or MASTERCARD from radio buttons
11. Insert all 16 digits of your Credit Card Number and Expiry Info.
    If you already have a pre-authorized account with Olé, simply type "N/A" instead of Visa/MasterCard number.
12. Provide us with your E-Mail Address so we can provide you with a Confirmation Number and to keep you abreast of any Schedule changes
13. Finally, Click on Submit Button and present your printed E-Ticket at the José Olé Passenger Lounge at the Airport. Bon Voyage!
